The store is a bit unorganized like Ross. Love the prices, dislike the employees. Haven’t seen any new items and seems everything is pretty much picked over. I brought a baby hat and this guy behind the register was flipping the baby hat around inside and outside almost as if he was targeting me of possibly “stealing”; not sure if this is the protocol for EVERY CUSTOMER. After I paid for my purchase, he just left my receipt on the printer and just started conversing with his other co workers disregarding that I was there. I grabbed my receipt, laughed it off and kinda went about my day thinking to myself like imagine if the roles were reversed. Some of the employees here really don’t have the common courtesy. Crazy how these types of places will just hire anybody. 🙄

Another person I know was accused of “stealing” after her check out. It was the cashiers fault and she admitted to forgetting to scan an item but the supervisor “Lamont” absolutely swore that the customer was stealing and refused to look back on camera footage. This really just proves how inexperienced these people are. Nothing in the store is worth stealing because everything is dirt cheap and it’s not like there’s a self checkout; YOUR PEOPLE are the ones cashing us out. Employee mistakes are not a customers...

If I could give this elder lady worker name Debbie, I believe I would give zero stars for her unprofessional and rude customer service! Unbelievable behavior coming from an elder that I expect would be more professional. I ask if I can have a merch tag taken off a two piece outfit so I can try it on but she was extremely rude about it and ask the nice gentleman that I believe is the supervisor cashier and he said it should be fine to just apply the tag and the skirt but she still processed in saying even if she detached the item she till have to attach it together as one! Make that make sense? The store it self i love but her I'm not a fan. Sorry not sorry. I felt like I got racially profile! Was embarrassed in front of other customers waiting to get checked out! I felt like I was framed as a thief! When all I really was doing trying to try a two piece on before purchasing like any other customers. She's needs more cusomter...
