Our visit started off strong, but went downhill after that. We were greeted when we entered, had outfit help quickly, and were on our way to get an outfit for the concert we were attending. But, once my girlfriend started trying things on, our help was nowhere to be found. She and a group of coworkers had started a gossip circle. When we started looking for more options, no one helped, and a group of teenage boys came in to distract the whole staff, leaving us on our own. Bought a lot of jeans for myself here. So far it has been a good experience until now. Had a pair starting to fall apart I purchased less than three months ago. The button popped out as well. Brought them back to have them replaced, they say it has been too long. It wouldn't have been that hard for them to replace and they still would probably be making money. I figured for as much as they charge for a pair of jeans they would stand by their brand. No more BKE...
