Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Onalaska

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at Ross' the checker Gloria was extremely rude and condescending! So I go up and ask of they have a restroom that I can use which normally has never been a issue. However this time she rudely tells me the restroom is closed you can go elsewhere. I asked well where do the employees go? She starts to go off about how I can leave there and find a bathroom elsewhere. Never once does she apologize for the inconvenience or show any type of customer service. Now had she been I'm sorry mam but right now our restrooms are closed for whatever reason, I would have been ok but the fact that she was so rude over me simply asking for q restroom was insane to me! I'm I'm reasonable person. She was so rude. Then I was have a separate conversation with my kid and she piped in again and was rude for no reason as well. I let her know that I was talking to my son not to her and to please not involve herself in my conversation. When I made it clear that I was getting her name she all of a sudden changed her tune and tried to be nice for the few seconds left of the interaction. i would never shop at ross being a front desk rep and working with customers the area super sammi she excused me of paying the word price on a bed set and after showing her my reciept she had ana ttitude yelled at me went to go look at eh camera for 3 min which take longer she told me to leave the store i said no i am not elaving because i didnt take anything mind you i had paid for the item and set it down because i seen a mk purse that caught my eye and i didnt want to walk around the store with a shopping bag. i never felt so out of place and racial profiled in my life til saturday evening around 815 pm also she never pulled me a side she made a huge deal in front of customers she never apolgized for rasing her voice or anything i would never shop there a day in my life. i would take my hard earn moeny to tj max. I was in the Onalaska Wisconsin store at about 4:30 p.m. 12/15/2022, the cashier was needing assistance from a manager and the cashier was not getting assistance. I was behind the customer that was trying to finish the transaction. Second cashier had to open up another register, finally the manager came up slam the door to the registers area and rudely addressed the cashiers, when she left she slammed the door again. There were five customers in line waiting to be checked out all heard and majority the comment was wow. How unprofessional for the manager to behave that way, the manager's name was Sammy, I'm not sure if I spelled it right. Maybe they should send their managers for leadership training.
