Target — Local services in Onalaska

I would have given this target a five star because the staff there is just wonderful all the cashiers are so helpful and kind and will help you in anyway.

The reason that I gave it a three is simply because I feel the layout of the store is rather odd just doesn't quite feel like the other targets I've been to all over the country they really have some nice special gift he things on the holidays and stuff like that I so appreciate that they are open late because appear in this part of the country there just are not enough stores that stay open late enough at all!

They have great Office and students supplies there but it's very difficult to find out where anything is I can't explain it other then it just has a very weird layout perhaps they need better signs or perhaps they just need to re-do the whole layout of the store perhaps remodel an update and that is not their fault by the way the problem sometimes up here in this part of the Midwest is these big chain stores like target and Macy's and others like that put all of their attention to the big cities I do appreciate the target has a store in on Alaska and I hope that one day they will realize that we are important you up here and we do not want your old products that you cannot sell at your other stores laid off on us everyone's aware of at Walmart does it too and I love that Walmart in on Alaska but I know for sure that a lot of the clothing stores like Macy's and stores like that are carrying the products that were sold last year at their big stores and I just want to get rid of them and think that we won't know the difference but let me tell you something we do know the difference

As far as staff goes though the staff at that target is probably much better than any big city store maybe target should consider updating for all the wonderful people that work there so that the customers enjoy it too and thanks again for...

An employee named Jeff gave us the worst experience at a retail store we’ve ever had. This is unfortunate because 1. We love target 2. We have never had an experience quite like this 3. Were not from this town. So we went into the store and my kids were pushing each other messing around (I hadn’t seen this going on behind me) so “Jeff” proceeds to YELL from the front of the store at my kids to stop pushing in a very aggressive tone. I told him to talk to the parents because it is unprofessional to approach children with a tone like that. He then asked “are you the parent” and I said yes. He then said ok I’m sorry I should have talked to you but now I’m telling you to tell them to stop in an aggressive tone. And I said hey you need to talk to the parents not the kids like that man. And he asked me if I wanted to step aside and I had thought he asked me to step outside so I said “you want to step outside?” And he repeated no sir do you want to step aside and I told him no I’m good and that the situation was resolved and so I proceeded to walk away and murmured moron under my breath and he heard it and HARRASED me! As a customer you should provide me with the most pleasurable and satisfying experience possible, not harass and follow me. After I said moron under my breath he said what was that sir? And proceeded to get into my face and I told him you are harassing me and he said no I am not and I said yes you are by following me and getting in my face like that. Then I walked away checked out and left without finishing the shopping I was going to do, I had to just leave with what I had, hands down the worst experience ever...

I have never in my entire life seen anything in a store like what a manager at this target did tonight. I believe his name tag said Jeff or something similar. I seen 2 kids goof around like all kids do coming in to a store. This guy yells at them from a long distance away in an aggressive tone and starts walking toward them in a threatening manner to try to intimidate them. Their dad says hey why are you yelling at my kids like this and not coming to talk to me about them if something is going on? Instead of apologizing this guy is basically gets into the customers face. I belive he even asked the customer to "step outside". The customer said again don't yell at and try to intimidate my kids. This employee keeps crowding the customer even as the customer tried to walk away from him. The customer said stop harassing us and leave us alone or I will call the police. The employee said "oh yeah? I'm going to call the cops on you". I've never seen something so shocking and disturbing in a place of business. I feel so bad for what that poor family went through. How could a place treat customers like that? I will not only never shop at this target again but if they could hire a guy like this I have lost all faith in Target as a company. Target is supposed to be a company that prides themselves on being understanding. This was disgusting...
