Starbucks — Restaurant in Onalaska

Lauren is very rude. She threw a straw at my 9 year old and told us to use a different Starbucks location! We were in a very long line waiting for an icee, when we got up to front to order the nice employee told me the slushee machine was out of order, I said oh, I wish there would have been a sign so we didn’t wait in this long line. The employee nicely apologized and asked if she could make us something else. So my daughter then ordered a Frappuccino, this worker who’s name I didn’t catch was very pleasant and nice to us. We then paid and waited in line for our drink, Then Lauren who was making the drinks started smarting off about how I was rude and should read the sign, I said I couldn’t see the sign from where the line was. I then asked what her name was and she said go ahead and right a bad review about me I don’t care. I said I will, now please stop and make the drinks I am done arguing with you and your embarrassing us. When she was done she threw the straw at my daughter and slammed the drink on the counter spilling it. I asked her to please clean it up, which she did. She then said why don’t you use a different star bucks location from now on. We walked away and found a Target Manager named Dawn. She apologized and gave us a gift card for our troubles. Great place to visit. Curteous staff, fast and accurate service and very knowledgeable about drinks. I love this place. Now I have to gripe about this place even tho I love it. We had our worst experience ever here recently. A male staff member named Colton waited on us and not only did we wait almost 5 min for him to take our order mind you there was only 1 car in drive thru and 1 person sitting inside already had drink. There were also 2 more people working if that's what u want to call it they stood around ignoring us. Anyway we only ordered 2 simple same drinks not only did he use wrong ingredients in the middle of making one drink another customer walked in and he left our drink in blender and went and waited on her. He then started making her food and drinks while our first drink sat in blender still. So after 15 min we asked for a refund and left. Refused to take my order because I came 15 minutes before they closed and they were telling customers to leave as they came through the drive through. Terrible customer service what kind of business turns away customers while your still technically open.. I've never worked anywhere that has turned away customers. Everywhere I've worked if you show up before we are closed we are going to give you the service you came to recieve. If we have to stay 10 minutes late them we stay 10 minutes late. Idk why it bothered me so much but it really irritated me that they are refusing to take more customers when they wouldn't have to stay open much later if they would have had to stay open late at all.
