Korean Vietnamese — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Sorry but very poor quality of food and service. Broth is more like hot water, probably from a can. No chili sauce available. No basil in garnishes. Gave us 1 plate of “garnishes” for 4 bowls ordered, And only bean sprouts and half thawed cilantro. Didn’t have any veggie broth or soups even tho it was on the menu. Was told “oh no one orders that” to all the items above. We ordered 4 pho bowls, only received 3 bowls, had to wait for another bowl while other food gets cold. This is not the name of this restaurant! The name is Seoul Korean. They serve Vietnamese and Korean food..It is family owned by a Korean family. The food is always wonderful . I definitely recommend it. The owners are very nice people & the restaurant is clean. The side dishes served with the bibimbap are delicious & this is the only place in town that serves authentic Korean side dishes The kimchi is awesome. I always order Dolcet Bibimbap & it is the best in town! I do not eat meat and they fix it...

We went on a weekday and it wasnt too busy. The husband and wife who I assumed was the owners greeted us with such warm smiles. The lady was very sweet and helpful. Atmosphere was a 4/5. What we ordered were the korean seafood pancakes 4/5, galbi 4/5 and pho 4/5. Granted its not one of the best we’ve had but the prices were decent and food were of quality.
