Before placing any orders, please TRIPLE check what you tell this store. Back in November I ordered a custom suit and placed a rental suit to be sent to California. I provided the California store information and twice asked “will this be shipped to xxxx location”. I was confidently told yes. Fast forward to today when I received a phone call from a friend in California letting me know my suit was sent to Alabama… not California. I cannot imagine the stress this would have created for myself and the entire wedding party if I would have made it to California tomorrow and there was no suit in sight. I didn’t receive an apology in store for the mistake that was made. Even if it was not the gentleman’s fault that handed me the suit, a simple “we are sorry about that” would have been appreciated. My husband and I went into the Opelika store on Friday the 1st of November for a suit for an awards dinner the following Tuesday. Firstly they are pushy and walk around like they are better than everyone. It is extremely off putting. We ended up purchasing a suit and spent $500 with the guarantee they would hem the pants and call us later that day for my husband to come back so he could make sure everything fit properly. It is now Tuesday no phone call, I went in to get it (husband couldn't as he was working so hope it is correct) and they had lost the tag so couldn't find it at first. They then said if we tell you a time it will be ready that we should come back then, making it our fault even though we were told they would call. Worst service I have ever experienced. Needed a suit for a one time wear. Drove an hour to the store, and began trying on jackets to get size. There was a display advertising an off the rack suit for $199.00. As soon as I mentioned that would be my price point the demeanor of the sales "child" instantly changed, and I was no longer relevant as a customer there. I left in disgust and anger. I also wanted to buy a garment bag I had been looking at online, and saw one there. I actually went back to this place against my will (I really needed these items). I looked at the bag, but could not bring myself to spend a dime in the shop. So If management is reading this you have some training to do. I will never shop here again. No wonder many of these stores are closing around...
