I go to the DMV as a walk-in. I sit there for 30 minutes, which was no problem to me

I needed to update the address on my drivers license because I just moved three days ago so I emailed the clerk my leasing agreement, and because it literally Didn’t even take five minutes for her to receive the email. She told me that she had to move onto the next customer. I just sat there for 30 minutes and for you to push me away after five minutes because you didn’t get my leasing agreement in enough time?? I maybe sat with the clerk for five minutes if that. Waiting for her to receive my lease through email, by me!! I emailed her my lease personally. This was outrageous to me because just like her she has a job while I have a job too, so I can’t just get up and go to the DMV 5days week. Why don’t you have enough patience like I did? because You couldn’t even wait five minutes to get my lease...

Excellent Service! 08/18/25 I don't know her name, but I was waited on by a young African American lady with long blonde hair and glasses. She was so nice and so professional. I forgot to fill out the title I was having transferred and, of course, forgot my reading glasses. She was kind enough to fill everything out for me and all I had to do was sign. She was personable and happy and that is exactly what you need at the DMV. I arrived early, waited about 10 minutes, got in and out in less than 30 minutes. Considering we all hate to go to the DMV, my thoughts on this lo location have changed, and I will continue to go to Orange...

Had someone help me who’s name was Tiara, from the beginning she was rude and overall belligerent. Idk why she had some kind of attitude towards my grandmother and I. She spoke to us like we were idiots. I’ve never felt the need to complain about any company, but felt so mistreated here that I need to say something. Hope she is spoken to about her customer service, it was a rough start to my day to have her treat us that way. I’ll gladly drive to another location before...
