Horrible experience here. 1st off my screen on my note 5 cracked due to me dropping it not a problem. I dropped my phone off here after reading the wonderful reviews. Upon bringing my phone here they immediately told me my LCD screen was cracked $250 to replace, no big deal. Everything aside from the screen was operating properly. While all of this was going on, we were in the process of moving to VA my husband is military. I went to pick my phone up and they told me that the volume buttons were no longer working properly. The volume buttons worked when I brought it in. They couldn't seem to figure out how to fix the buttons in time so instead they slapped a tempur glass screen on for free and we went on our way to VA. The screen was no longer functioning again the very next day. Had to buy a go phone on the way to VA an additional 79 BUCKS with a phone plan. Had to send my phone back to Florida thinking it would be fixed under warranty. I got a call stating the LCD was cracked again so I immediately called back.... I never dropped the phone a 2nd time. Long story short I had to pay $192 with tax to have the screen replaced. I was told the volume buttons would be fixed. They are not working. Disappointed is not nearly the correct word to use here....

I took my Apple iPad to them to repair a broken/ cracked screen. They were very nice and could have it repaired fairly quickly within 4 hours the guy said. I didn't pick it up though until almost a week later. When I picked it up I was happy to see how good they had repaired the screen my Apple iPad looked like brand new...however, when I got home and finally turned it on....(which I or the repair guy should have suggested in the store) it wasn't the same. It had a frizzy squiggly line display screen. So, I called them and took it back to them. They gave me no problem and kindly took it back for repair. Later they called me days later when it was fixed because, they had to wait on a part to come in. Well, I was very happy with how they remedied the situation and the repair was perfect. They did a super job with no hassle. They are great guys up there and they will get you fixed up. I recommend them highly. Thanks 10,000...

Original Service date 10/19/19 Old Owner- Dominic ( Not Friendly) Brought in Surface Pro 3 to get Battery Replace $96.30 . Dominic let me know that it might crack the screen because they have to take screen out to replace battery. I didn’t want to buy a new laptop so I took the chance. He call be an hour later letting me know the screen was crack. Will cause another $100+ to replace it. So I replace it.

Battery life would only last 1 an half hour max.

Took it back few months later New owner- Deal with David ( very Friendly) Let him know about battery life and screen wasn’t that responsive. He order part for me at his cost. I didn’t go back in for service until few months later. He still took care of it for me.

Finally went in 08/14/20 Pick it up 08/15/20 Batterie life would still only last 1 hour and a half
