Was the first and only customer when they opened using the drive thru. My husband was terminally ill and wanted breakfast on his way to his doctor appointment. He wanted 2 syrups with his order. Not unreasonable. The manager told us no. Well I said could I please buy the extra syrup. Then she said yes but your going to pull back around and order it. I didn't argue but stated that we were the only customers so can't you just ring me up now. Nope she made me go back thru the drive thru again and it was .11 cents. My husband was up set and said don't worry about it let's just go. But I was determined to get him what he wanted. The oldest lady manager there that comes in very early before they open. She said a lot of mean things to me and just wouldn't stop. Sadly my husband has passed. So one day I hope she treats me that way again. I promise I will not be so calm. What a horrible person. I made a complaint days later and was told she was a horrible boss that everyone tried to steer clear of for fear of losing their jobs. They said my complaint would fall on deaf ears and the person who turned it in would be fired. Horrible...
Read moreI was literally the only person at the restaurant aside from the employees and the only car in the drive-through. It seem to take a little longer than it should have, but that wasn’t even the main issue. The order that I placed was changed right before I fall forward, I just as soon he was making my meals large he was actually changing my meal altogether, we got meals that were completely different from what I asked for with jalapeños all over them, making our burgers not edible to us. And the nuggets were legitimately cold, like refrigerator cold. The food and its entirety was really really bad. I mean we just could not eat it. I didn’t bother calling because this just seems to be the norm for this restaurant. It will obviously be my last time visiting. I spent $35 on dinner last night I had to throw it away. The food was absolutely disgusting. And the employees seem to not care at all. I was extremely nice to the people working there but I can’t help but feel like my food was handled it in that way and made like that because I caused them the burden of being a...
Read moreI went to Palatka to visit my granddaughter so I stopped at Burger King. There were three people working on a busy Saturday and a whole bunch of people in the drive-up line and in the inside line. I felt sorry for the people that work there. I had ordered two breakfast burritos, two of the 2 of the 2 for $5 croissant wiches, 1 french toasts one chocolate milk, and 2 potato coins. After waiting I found the potato coins were missing when I got to my granddaughter's house. It was too far to go back. I don't think it is fair for the people that work in your facilities to be overworked when there are so many people out of work. Unfortunately everyone out there is trying to save money and I understand that, but not to the degree of possibly losing business. Ever since I moved to Florida many years ago, I have loved Burger King because I couldn't find it anywhere else since I was from Illinois. I'm talking in the 60s. At any rate that was my experience in this particular one. The food was good, but I wish we'd...
