If I can give the location 0 stars I would! As a customer, I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service provided by Orange Park Florist. Despite reaching out with a genuine inquiry, I was met with disrespectful, rude, and condescending behavior from the OWNER, Carol.
The OWNER displayed a lack of professionalism and failed to address my concerns in a respectful manner. Instead of providing assistance and support, they chose to adopt a dismissive and belittling attitude, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
I placed an order for a Valentine’s arrangement and paid $344. The arrangement included 2 dozen roses and a dozen Stargaze lilies (pictured below). I could not understand why this arrangement was so high and asked for a price break down. Carol stated each dozen of roses were $110 and the lilies were $72 plus labor which was $80. Carrol tells me that in her 40 years of being in business no one has ever questioned her pricing! (Sorry to hear this!) Carol told me she sells a single rose for $6 so I couldn’t understand why she was charging $110 for a dozen of roses.
Carol agreed to add more flowers to the arrangement and told me to come back at 4pm. As I proceed to walk out the store Carol tells her VOLUNTEER “I hope she never comes back!” I then demanded a refund because the comment was unnecessary but in my presence made it even worst! Her volunteer tries to put her hands on me and push me out the store while I tried to get my refund.
Customer service plays a pivotal role in shaping the reputation of a company, and unfortunately, the behavior exhibited by the owner of Orange Park Florist fell far below acceptable standards. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, and I sincerely hope that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy...
Read moreMy husband ordered Birthday Tulips on 2/7/22 scheduled to be delivered the morning of 2/10/22 at my workplace on my birthday. I never received my flowers so I myself called the florist on Saturday 2/12/22 to ask what happened and the receptionist at the flower was rude and hung up on me. So I call back and different woman answered and I asked if I spoke to her because someone hung up on me. She stated no you were put on hold. I was never told I was being put in hold but before the woman hung up on me she told me to stop hollering at her after I told her I was upset that the order was placed and paid for and no flowers plus it caused an argument with my husband. Well it is 4 days later and no flowers and treated with extremely poor customer service. If I could give them a 0 star the would be rightfully deserved. My husband went in person that morning before I called and they shifted blame since I'm in Texas so they are blaming the florist in Texas. Bottom line the flowers order was placed and paid through Orange Park Florist and still today 4 days later no flowers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS JOKE OF A FLOWER SHOP GO TO A CREDIBLE AND...
Read moreI needed a Christmas corsage for my wife. When first walked in the girls in the front area greeted me nicely, and got help right away. A girl came and asked what she could help me with. I told her I was looking for something for my wife for our church Christmas eve service. I explained what I wanted and the girl left to go check. I watched her as she approached an elderly women (manager/owner?), as she approached the elderly, the elderly women put up her hand as to subject stop, don't bother me, she was to busy to help a customer. After waiting, a minute or two, another different women came out to help (Katrina). She was very nice and accommodating. She also went to ask the same elderly women about what I needed, who was standing 5 feet from me but, wouldn't acknowledge me, or say greet a customer. In fact, my observation of her was that she was rude, impatient, snob. She made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I don't know where customer service has gone, but because of this older women. I will never recommend or go to this shop again, ever. Special thanks to Katrina,...
