We recently purchased some furniture pieces (2 side tables/curios and a king bed frame/headboard) They are very good quality. Megan was very friendly, informative and worked well with us. Even the guys who delivered the furniture were great. Unfortunately, when the bed was delivered, it would not fit up our stairwell. We called linen and rust back, and Megan was very helpful. We reviewed their inventory to see if we could get an exchange. They asked for the dimensions of the stairwell and suggested that they can try delivering again. Still unsure if it was going to fit, we agreed with their suggestion. That’s when the owner “Deedee” intervened with the conversation and made the comment that they will bring us the bed, but if it doesn’t fit, it would be our responsibility to bring it back. My wife went in and bought the shelf in the picture attached. The shelf just came undone, Just during transport. Wasn’t even able to hang it up and the shelves were coming off. Contacted the manager she said “all sells are final” and that it’s posted in the receipt. They offered to fix it, “fixing” it wouldn’t help because there were already holes in it so it would just create bigger holes. The manager told my wife to come back to the store and she did, when she should up she was greeted by the owners aggressive husband who was so angry he was literally shaking, he tried to condescend and intimidate my wife, extremely unprofessional I must say. He pointed out a all sales final sign on the back of a computer monitor....4 feet away from the register where you pay. They ended up taking the product back because of how poorly made it was. A cozy place to find handmade goods as well at big furniture. Each booth contains a unique design and quirky little goods! There is SO much to look at! Prices are average. There is a big showroom in the back room that you don't want to miss. They also have light refreshments and snacks available for free. Restroom is clean. Space is big enough to walk, but once you get into the booth area, space to move around is limited. If you take littles, be sure to watch their hands because most items are breakable.
