UNFAIR TREATMENT gave your store 1 Star when it should have Been ZERO Stars!! Cashier was nice but didn't give me a receipt, seen her handing out receipts to other patrons. So the issue was that while I was waiting at the counter for my drink orders, I watched several people walk in and out of the door... a family was even standing by the mobile pick up... so I went and stood beside them right by the mobile pick up and what appeared to be a manager walked up to the mobile order pick up stand and grabbed the order sitting there and placed it behind the counter. As IF I was ever thinking of just walking away with someone's random Starbucks order, not even having gotten my own order, AS IF I was going to steal their food we while waiting for my own, and not to mention he was watching me as if I was a known Starbucks bandit that just steals mobile orders randomlyš¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£... and as he walked away he came back with my drink order, placed the drink right in front of me yelling out my name while I'm standing right in front of him!!!! Then he walked away laughing!!! Then another employee placed my order drink in front of me and asked me my name (much more professional than he manager, go figure). The long haired brunette girl with a ponytail that was working the drive thru gave us our drinks but my mom's drink didn't taste right (tasted more like watered down milk) so I told her that the Strawberry and cream Frappuccino didn't taste like it had any strawberry in it. So she went and gave us a small cup with the strawberry stuff in it for us to mix it in ourselves. That was not possible due to the cup being filled up all the way. When I said something to the girl she seemed like it was a bother to have to remake the drink. But for the price that you pay for the drinks you shouldn't have to mix it yourself. Then to top it off she finally agrees to remake the drink and it's so overly done with strawberry that the whole cup is red. It tasted awful and we just ended up dumping it out at home. It wasn't even busy and at this point were not even sure we'll bother going back. We religiously go to this location like 2 times a week and have never had an issue before. But expecting us to mix the stuff in ourselves instead of just remaking the drink is...

Wed Jan 30, I entered the drive thru at the Park Ave location, ordered a Venti Peach Tranquility tea and was told there was no longer a ābuttonā for it. I giggled and replied I need a citrus mint tea with 2 bags of peach and no mint! I was then told by the young man that they wouldnāt so that, then another person interdicted herself as B comes over the speaker and states it isāSTARBUCKS STANDARD AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO MAKE A PEACH TRANQUILITY, followed by Have A Good Day!ā I have now driven 3.3miles to the next Starbucks and have my Peach Tea in hand!?
Very disappointed that I can order my coffee a million different ways but canāt order a tea the way I prefer it. Not to mention I wasnāt even given the opportunity to order something else, let alone the rest of my order!
