Visited this location with my mom today April 18th at 11:39 AM. The long haired brunette girl with a ponytail that was working the drive thru gave us our drinks but my mom's drink didn't taste right (tasted more like watered down milk) so I told her that the Strawberry and cream Frappuccino didn't taste like it had any strawberry in it. So she went and gave us a small cup with the strawberry stuff in it for us to mix it in ourselves. That was not possible due to the cup being filled up all the way. When I said something to the girl she seemed like it was a bother to have to remake the drink. But for the price that you pay for the drinks you shouldn't have to mix it yourself. Then to top it off she finally agrees to remake the drink and it's so overly done with strawberry that the whole cup is red. It tasted awful and we just ended up dumping it out at home. It wasn't even busy and at this point were not even sure we'll bother going back. We religiously go to this location like 2 times a week and have never had an issue before. But expecting us to mix the stuff in ourselves instead of just remaking the drink is beyond ridiculous.

I frequent this Starbucks because of its close proximity to my sons Jiu Jitsu and I’ve never had any issues. HOWEVER. Two days ago when I went through the drive-thru around 4:30 pm and some girl (skinny, fake blonde with overgrown roots, tattoos, and last name maybe starting with a k?) tried to sell me the cheese danish from the display case. As a former Starbucks partner, I know that those food items are changed out DAILY and are never sold to customers (maybe this location is different). As a current Starbucks customer, I don’t know how long that cheese danish has been sitting there. It could have just been placed there, the optics look bad. I confronted the Starbucks employee who admitted to taking it from the display case and she warmed up a fresh one. Unfortunately the person behind me who ordered a chocolate croissant was not so fortunate… I think I’ll just stick to the Roosevelt location (my previous employer) who does not try to sell their customers stale food.

Just not sure why they choose to close when normal before Covid this place held up traffic bc of the drive thu line. I sure hope they are able to make a come back. Even tho I didn't like what there response was for our Military in Irag and not sending coffee to our troops, but they did make it right after the controversy. ❤🇺🇲💙 I love taking my furkid the Great Dane for a Pup a Chino, now I go to Dunkin and you can ask for a Pup a Chino just fyi. (bc yall are closed people need coffee ☕) Starbucks yall need to open even if this is a private franchise 🙄 Tia Kim
