My life was changed with my visit today. It's a family there at WD store 40. Ms. Scarlett an associate of WD 44 years looks customers in the eyes and compliments sincerely. She's sprye and happy to work there. The bakery women laugh and enjoy what they do. Sangh smiles as she pushes the cart eager to do her work. The wonderful grocery stockers and sweet sister cashiers keep conversation lively. Donna is so efficient at check-outThe store is clean, bright, cheerful, and has great meat, beautiful aisles of blocked in-date foods. Drew is a gentleman that has always and only worked for WD. Nick and Anita hired Drew years ago. Dedicated management that works hard with all their heart! Soar high WD! From the floor cleaners to the CEO, it was my joy seeing and feeling the positivity of Mr. Hucker's vision in store...
Read moreI used to shop at WD religiously, but stopped a few years back. Stopped in today to get a few things. Noticed some good prices on fresh seafood so waited 10 minutes for someone and nobody came out. Walked around the area for awhile, then went back, still nobody around. Went to check out and they always ask, did you find everything you need. When I told her about the lack of service, she just kind of laughed and said yeah, usually if people need floral or seafood they have to come up and ask us or customer service. I don't know about you, but I don't particularly want to walk to the back just to walk to the front, wait to find someone who can help, then walk all the way to the back again for service. Seriously, put a buzzer or dinger or something! Ridiculous. Also the app is absolute garbage and has...
Read moreIt's not so much Winn Dixie I am reviewing as much as it's their employees. Most of the time I am greeted by friendly polite young kids but tonight a boy named Josh was on the register. He didn't talk to me, didnt ask for my Winn Dixie card, and I am pretty sure if I were buying alcohol he wouldn't have carded me. He completely ignored me. I'm a pretty anti social person and don't care for the small talk at the register so normally this would be okay but he was ignoring me to have a conversation with his buddy about "hot girls" who he would "do." this was completely unproffessional and disgusting. I should not have had to listen to this conversation as a customer. Winn Dixie needs to speak with this kid about this and how unacceptable it is to have personal conversations literally 2 feet away from...
