I needed a key for a Master lock copied and the orange big box store couldn't do it. I called the new Hagan Ace Hardware of Orange Park to see if they could do the job for me. They said the sure could and they weren't wrong! I didn't have an extra time or money to look around very much, but the store seems to have a lot to offer besides the typical hardware store offerings...they have outdoorsy clothes and hats. They are conveniently located on Park Avenue, in the same shopping center as the Tax Collector and Clerk of Courts are. Where the old St. Johns Seafood restaurant was. Stop in and give yourself a chance to look around just to let me know what I missed. Oh, and if you need a key copied and want excellent customer service...this is the place with the helpful...

To avoid sounding cliche-ish, the customer service I received from three lovely people, ladies with beautiful auras and personalities, at Hagan Ace Hardware on Park Avenue in Orange Park is way over the top. Jill met me coming in and helped me choose a walking stick as I prepare to vacation in Costa Rica. Lisa took care of me at the register and even helped me take good advantage of the latest discount on M&M peanut candies. Lastly, the warm and delightful Sierra conversed with me as I passed by her as she was arranging the potted plants out front. The owner and manager over this location has to the luckiest man on the planet to have people like Jill, Lisa and Sierra...

CeeCee deserves praise she wwnt above and beyond to guide and assist us with our soil purchase as well as tomatoes & peppers. When it came to find flowers yo attract butterflies and hummingbirds she showed so real beauties. We even had a visit from a butterfly which made choosing the right Lantana a breeze. Chuck made purchasing the soil a breeze, he loaded it on to a cart and put in our. He even made sure the second load of soil was ready for us when we returned as we couldn't take it in 1 trip. We will be returning to this store for any future gardening or hardware needs. Even our cashier was a pleasure...
