Let’s say I only do reviews if they are worthy or out right terrible!! I have been in this area for 30 years and I have never stopped here thinking it was possibly vegan!! Let me tell all who read this, I am beyond surprised and will definitely be back as the food was flavorful and ample and the staff were so warm and inviting!! Though I was a stranger I felt so quickly as if I was a regular customer for the past 20 years! It’s nice to spend money and feel appreciated for my patronage as there’s nothing worse than being treated poorly with sub par food and this place was anything but fantastic and I along with friends and family that I share this experience with will be back!! If you haven’t tried it trust me you can’t go wrong with anything on that menu and what about the one pound burger? EVERY THING IS FRESH AND HOME MADE INCLUDING THE FRIES NOTHING IS FROZEN!! PS: came back again and tried the hand patted one pound bacon burger that was cooked to perfection and dressed as to my liking!

For the money there’s nobody around that can beat the freshness and quality!!

This Burger? The burger in this picture? Yes, it's honestly one of the best burgers I've had in all of the Jacksonville area. I'm super critical about my burgers, trust me. But I'm telling you now, this was a perfect 1/3 lb burger. (They offer sizes from 1/4 lb up to 1lb).

To start, the bacon was perfectly crisp, not charred or burnt and not thin or flimsy. The lettuce and pickles were all FRESH and perfectly crisp and tomatoes weren't mushy either. The burger was freshly made and not frozen, juicy & well-done (exactly how I like my burgers) and there was no grease on the bun. Speaking of the buns, they were lightly toasted, which is how it should be. The fries I tried with the burger were also outstanding. They were fresh, non greasy, and properly seasoned and it was difficult to stop eating them. I'll be going back soon to try more of the menu.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try King Kabob if you love a good burger.

(Update) I've gone back to King Kebabs about 5 or 6 times now. I've gotten the burger almost everytime. It's not a it's not a fluke, their burgers absolutely slap!

(2nd update) Back again after about 6 months. THEIR BURGER QUALITY HAS NOT DIMINISHED OVER TIME. All veggies still fresh, meat still juicy, bacon still crispy. I'm telling you, BEST....

My husband and I had a late lunch today and stopped in. We initially came for the burgers (some good pics in the reviews!) but we wanted to try other things. We got a side of hummus and a gyro wrap as well. The guy who took our order was so nice and patient and even gave us a sample of baba ganoush to try (delish btw). The food came out hot and delicious. The hummus was great and they give you a good sized portion. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh. The fries were super hot and you can tell they made them from scratch. It was all so good! My husband mentioned he liked their burger as much as a five guys burger which is the ultimate compliment from him. We only got a few bites of the gyro wrap because we were full but it was really good as well. I'm super impressed with this place, the food, and the service. Highly recommend coming here. They also do breakfast all day which is awesome for the weekends when you want to sleep in Also, kinda random, but I love that they have all of the condiments on the tables.
