June 6 2023 , We had a 4 Generations Tea Party, We had two fans running at our table, it was still awful hot. Table setting and food were Great. However the service was lousy , instead of doing it in intervals they were coming around before we finished the previous entree, we were suppose to have decaf tea and we were given regular tea , when there were two people at our table that had heart conditions and told not to do regular tea (caffeine). When reservations were made months in advance , Our time slot was 11:30 to 4:00. She mentioned having a cake and I told her I would bring one and she said that would be fine. But when I asked for it to be served, she made a remark that we were not suppose to bring cake. I also told her I was interested in their book of recipes and when I asked to look at while we were having tea , the new lady there gave it to me and the owner came over and accused me of taking the book from the counter and that it was put aside , which was for me, she was extremely rude, then they ran out of tea and had to give us a different tea. Around 2:30 , they were getting lax with bringing us tea and we repeatedly told them we wanted more . We got up from the table to shop in her store, knowing we were gonna have more tea since our time there was not over until 4:00, as we got up another group of people came while we were shopping, before we were gonna sit down for tea and the table was completely cleared off and fans put at the new guests table. It was embarrassing to myself and my guest, We will never step another foot in there ever again . We will try a better venue . An unbelievable experience!

Joined my family for a tea party, and as hesitant as I was, they really delivered a memorable time for us.

Everything from the incredible service, delicious tea, and amazing food, I was hooked.

We came in as a family and enjoyed a 4 course meal. By meal, I mean the dishes felt more like h'orderves.

They brought us so much that it felt like a meal.

Service was amazing. Tea and water were never empty, and they shared the details of the dishes every time they brought something new to the table.

After it was all said and done, I ended up browsing their boutique and purchased some items shared during our visit.

I took my granddaughter to this lovely tea room yesterday to celebrate her 6th birthday. What a precious time! She loved every minute. We were there for 2 hours enjoying all the delicious food and shopping in the adorable gift shop (lots of kids’ stuff) in between the luncheon courses and after. Thanks, Pat and Jenny, for making her feel so special! The Basketique is a magical place and the best tea room I’ve found in Jacksonville.
