Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Orange

Due to Covid-19 its less crowded INSIDE however, the wait can be super long. Other than that our server was great. She was attentative and really sweet. For a Friday evening, im not complaining. We had no wait for a party of 4 INSIDE.

Update My family and I came to dine in (5/29/23 at 5pm). We were horribly greeted by 3 very rude females in the front. I arrived to place my name on the waitlist and was ignored for a few minutes while the girls chatted away. Another guest came in and they acknowledged her but proceeded to ignore me. They finally "greeted" me. Informed them it was a party of 5 but that we had a stroller (baby was sleeping). I was told there was no strollers allowed inside (which I understood). They offered to sit us outside. While we waited there was 2 of the girls bad mouthing a guest they spoke about how the guest couldn't be patient and that she could've waited instead of "making a big deal out of it". I personally thought that was very unprofessional of them as I was less than 5 feet away from them and was able to hear everything they were saying. I noticed there was a table to the side and asked if that table would maybe be available for us since it was chilly, again..I had a sleeping baby. One of the girls answered me in a very downgrading demeanor "no because YOUR stroller will block the servers walkway "... I said "ok, that's fine..thank". Once our table was ready, our server- APRIL assisted us. Let me just say, more of APRIL..less of the attitude with the girls in the front. April was an absolute pleasure! On top of everything, kept checking in and made sure we were happy. Upon our visit we noticed a stroller inside the establishment, which I found very upsetting because their child was up, and the stroller was there.. meanwhile they made us feel as if we were a bother to them. Let's just say this was a horrible experience.. im only grateful for April's service and awesome work. The 3 girls unfortunately did NOT have their name badges but I can describe them Girl 1. Has arm tattoos on her Right arm (wears glasses, dark hair) Girl 2. Short w reddish (faded) hair Girl 3. Short has a tattoo on her Left arm behind by the elbow tattoo.

*girls, if you're reading this review - please do better. Some of us are there for a good time, we don't know you and really shouldn't have to deal with your attitude or bad vibes. Also, if you're going to set rules PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY APPLY...

Wednesday special is currently all you can eat boneless wings with fries for 20 $. I went with 1 other adult and a teenager. I ordered 10 wings in 2 different sauces that were not dry rub. Original Buffalo and mango habinero. My spouse ordered a brisket burger and my son ordered the Wednesday special. We also ordered fried pickles and cheese sticks. Horrible food presentation. The Food temperature was at a tempature my microwave can exceed on 1 min. Food taste had no flavor and the original Buffalo flats when she presented it to me, were dry with no sauce. She proceeded to explain to me that the sauce had probably already dried out and she would bring me a cup of sauce. The brisket burger was soggy and fries were under cooked or had been out for way to long. The cheese sticks were also not cooked fully. The waitress offered another basket of fries as if she was going above and beyond her job however we got the all you can eat meal so therefore it was apart of the meal and not a courtesy. She also did not take the wings back. The enviroment was very loud. They turn the music off for the lakers game but had the Olympics with no subtitles on and the music playing half songs. I never got to hear 1 full song the whole time I was there. I won't go back to this location. The workers are standing around. They need to have a rag in their hands and looking busy. The host standing around looking at the sky wasn't cutting it for me. Wipe down menus, make sure the front entrance and waiting area looks presentable, sweep entrance. There is so many things you could be doing, standing around shouldn't be one of them. The waiter needs to not make excuses for the cook and be better mindful with common sense that if the food doesn't look presentable or their is something wrong with it since she did take the order down so she knows what we ordered, speak up and say something before it comes out. They want tips yet fail to do their job for the tip. She unfortunately did not receive a tip from me. She didn't do anything but the bare minimum for me and her employer Is paying her bare minimum, if she wanted a tip she needed to do a tip job. Be in tip top shape. It also felt musty in the enviroment like the place needed a double scrub. It didn't feel clean to me. I felt like I was in a musty and...

We were at this establishment for close to an hour and didn't even get a cup of water. We were a small party of 3: myself, my wife, and our baby. As I had my baby on my shoulder, an employee from the kitchen came by and stopped next to where I was seated with my baby and rudely started shouting to get another employees attention. I looked up at her and asked her if she could go shout somewhere else. Our waiter took a while to get to us, but when he did, he didn't seem very friendly or personable. We ordered a beer, margarita, 2 waters, 10 boneless wings, 10 traditional wings, onion rings, and fries. After about 10 minutes, we still hadn't received any items. The waiter said he'd go check on it, but we never heard back. A few moments later, the manager swung by to see if we needed anything. I stated that we haven't received anything and not even water. He said he'd go check on it, but again we did not receive an update. After about 40 minutes, we simply requested to cancel our order. A few minutes later, a manager approached our table and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to pack up our order at no charge if it was ready. We agreed, but we never heard anything about it after about 5 minutes. Another manager came by and pretty much asked us what else we needed. We informed him that the other manager was packing our food. He stated that it hadn't even been prepared, so he cancelled our order and that we were free to leave. The waiter came by to apologize as well.

The place was simply chaotic. A bunch of employees walking around looking lost while the bartender was backed up. I walked by the bar and it was disaster. There seemed to be no communication between managers and employees or even between managers.
