Cinnabon — Restaurant in Orange

First and last time using this location. 5 stars for food only because we love Cinnabon. We ordered online a week early, received a confirmation email, and I showed up today to pick up. They had no record of the order. They called the manager and they informed we had not paid. I know we did, I offered to pay again just to get out of there as I was on a schedule. Even though I had the entire order itemized with pricing on my confirmation email, the girl working there couldn't get it right, I had to show her the error. Then, she tried to short me on the discount we received online because she still couldn't figure it out, tried to charge me more (I did the math in my head and called her out on it). She was incredible rude, treating me like it's my fault my payment didn't go through. Also, don't order a small chillata, the lid isn't made for the cup and it made a mess in my car. We called the bank after I left since it showed the original payment pending still. The bank informed us our payment went through, but Cinnabon still had to do something on their end to allow it to go through, so it was all their fault after all. Terrible experience from start to finish. Not Cinnabon's fault (maybe), but the address on Google maps is not where they actually are, so if you actually chose to go here, good luck...

Don't bother! Picked up a classic cinnabon to take home on my way out from shopping. Got home and this $8 cinnamon bun is missing the entire corner piece???? Don't even want to eat this, not sure if it is safe to consume is it half eaten and if not, why are they selling not a full cinnabon? Definitely wont be returning and don't...
