Haagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Orange

Amazing!!!! From the moment i walked in, the place was very well kept up with, clean, well lit up, well set up, a great variety of ice cream, better then any other ice cream shop that i have seen. The ice cream was all to die for. Most places have maybe a couple of good flavors. But with haagen-dazs every flavor was fantastic. I had such a harx time deciding which 2 to get. I finally decided on midnight cookies and double chicolate chip. The only thing i wasnt a fan of was the flavor of the chocolate sprinkles cone. The chocolate sprinkles did not taste quite right. But it was a minor thing. I would go back every day to try 2 more flavors if only it wouldnt make me gain weight. Haha. And the lady working there deserves a raise. She was so polite, and kind. It makes it a pleasure to buy ice cream there. I cant stand grumpy employees who hate their job so much they make my experience so terrible i never return. She was great, she let me and my son try a lot of the flavors, she was quick and always had a genuine smile on. I wish her the best and i hope next time i go i will see her again. But i am serious when i say she deserves a raise, for being the only employee in the shop she can manage it better than ice cream shops with 2 employees. I'd like to give it zero star if I could. July 8 2023, around 5:30pm There were three staffs in the store when I stepped into the store, one boy and two girls. The boy came to serve me, and I ordered a banana split. The boy gave me half cup of vanilla ice cream with couple banana pieces, no strawberry jam, no pineapple jam, even no whipped cream. I was sharked. So I told the boy it was not banana split, and pointed at the picture putting on the wall. I told him I had this product in many different states, none of those be like this. The boy told me with very very low voice strawberry and pineapple had been run out, nor whipped cream. I know he was lying, because I saw some other customer holding the banana split around me. I asked the boy to give me the exactly same product as others. Then the boy was looking at one of the girl staff with very scared eyes. Then the girl said "you can use it." NOW I FIGURED OUT, HE WAS BULLIED. He knew how to make the banana split, but the girl staff did not allow him to use the material. Then I asked for the name of the girl, she looks like a leader, she refuse to give it to me. I hope the management of haagendazs could read this, and take care of it. SITUATION RUINED MY FATHERS DAY: I've always loved Haagen Daz! Amazing ice cream ever! BUT, there's this ice cream Parlour at outlets of orange. I'm very frequent customer of them and the manager is very good friend of me.. and he gives me good discount like a $1 or some (Since I'm very frequent). There's this Chubby girl(like me), (I don't know her name) who started spreading comments on me LINKING UP me and the manager(old man) being very close and stuff. I observed once and kept quite. But this happened AGAIN yesterday. I was so pissed off that I had to complain to the manager about her acts. The manager tried to tell her to not to do that. Though he warned her, she has been laughing and passing some comments on me to the co-employees. I mean, is this the way you treat your customers... being a girl, how could she pass comments on her imaginary relation between a manager and a customer(girl). I really felt offended by this whole situation. And I hope Haagen Daz would react on this and take necessary actions on...
