The pawnbrokers know that when I walk in it is because I drove from Beaumont TX to visit their pawn shop specifically. I ignore the other two pawn shops within two blocks away. Contractor chop saw heavy. Top of line asked somebody to come out and look to c what I could loan off it. Did not want to haul it in if I could not get what I needed. That was impossible. Had to haul it in. Treated me like I was stupid. Said they had to run all numbers before they could make offer. Had to take back to truck and leave. Block away another pawn did exactly what I wanted. Had a horrible buying experience in Beaumont with Farrah. Will NEVER go there again. Took my store credit to the store in Orange and left MORE than satisfied. I think the lady working was Mary, not 100% tho. Tall, thick chic.. Anyway. She was very helpful, professional and understanding. Thanks so much for great customer service!! Give that girl a raise!
