Story time I have a ring with a blue stone in it the ring is old and the stone fell out I brought it here to get it fixed they told me about a week to get it replaced and they would call me (they never called) so I show up back at the store and my ring is fixed but there was an emerald cut stone jammed into the Ring, the ring is shaped like a flower so obviously the stone was/should be a circle. Why was there an emerald stone jammed into the ring? I have no idea so I immediately told the jeweler I needed this to be fixed. This is not the stone that belongs inside of the ring it looks crazy. He tried to tell me he thinks it looks better this way the said, “ but whatever I’ll do what you want”. And had a little bit of a fuss with me. I still let him fix it. He told me about a week again and they will call me… almost 2 weeks goes by. I got no phone call. I go back and the ring seems to be fixed now with a circle stone it’s not the same shade of blue. It’s a darker blue, but I was OK with that and excited to have my ring back . I paid for the ring and left the store after a day or so I noticed there’s a sharp edge on the ring that keeps on catching onto everything I wear which it never did that meaning that it wasn’t properly sanded down and then I’m also realizing the stone is crooked and not properly leveled and then when I look a little bit closer, it looks like something was broken and tried to be fixed, which I’m assuming probably stemmed from the fact that there was an Emeraldstone in a circular holding place I went back to the store a third time to get these minor details fixed, and the jeweler had such a nasty attitude with me and at this point, I just took my ring which now i have to take elsewhere. It seems if you don’t agree with what the jeweler is saying he has an attitude with you…I thought the costumer was always right I...

I purchased a 14ct ring which in fact turned out to be 10 ct (dishonest)here in February 2020 and had it sized. When I got it back the diamond fell off. I returned it and never got it back for 1 the pandemic came so places we shut down. When business resumed I returned to Golden palace and was rudely told by the owner. IT WAS A PANDEMIC SO I WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL HE FINDS IT”. I returned October 2020. Nothing November nothing and every month after that to be verbally abused by this man. I even call Orange police and was told to make a small claim case. Eventually in September 2021 I returned and he said he can’t find it. I said I was going to court He them produce it but just the same way I left it and said I will fix it come back Monday. Return Monday. Nothing. I returned on October 2021 16th and he gave it to me the diamond fell right off. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of ethics in this business Golden Palace. I am now perusing legal actions. Check back...

Went to get the piece of my necklace mended so I could hook the pendant back on. They said they would call when it was done. No call. Tried calling them, no answer. So I went and it was done. Fine.

The job looked like a rush job to begin with and not very sturdy, but I was so happy to get it back, I overlooked it. Tonight, LESS THAN A WEEK LATER, I'm leaning over the bathroom sink and the charm falls right off INTO THE DRAIN.

I'm beyond angry, but most of all sad and I'm crying because I've had this necklace/charm for the past 23 years since I was 7 as a gift from my dad. I don't know if I can get the charm out of the drain. This store is a waste of your time. Whether I get the charm back or not, I'm going right back there and kicking up a fit. They owe me money because they did nothing AND I've lost...
