MUST check your receipt before you leave the store. I came here on 21st august 2022 at 6:40pm.
I was greeted by a lady staff when I was entered the store and she told me that non-locals (basically tourists) would get an additional 15% off the discounted/ indicated price.
What upset me was this guy at the cashier - he gave me the worst service ever. Heâs dishonest, impolite and overcharged me by around 50USD. I bought 4 tops and realised the amount charged to my card had exceeded the amount I calculated before I make the purchase. When I clarified, he was reluctant to serve me and insisted that the 15% discount is only given if I had provide my email address earlier (he didnât even ask me for one when he processed the transaction so how would I know?). I had to break it down to him that he overcharged me and requested that he void my previous transaction. Only then, he processed the refund reluctantly. If I hadnât done so, I would have overpaid.
Never coming back to the store again. If you intend to come here, make sure to check your receipt before...

I had to rush to go home so I checked the receipt when I got home and found out they charged full price for clearance item. As soon as I found out, I called and ask how to adjust the difference. The guy who picked up the phone said sorry with mono tone and told me to come back to the store to show them the proof. I didnât want to drive all the way to the outlet (30min driving for one way) just to get $27 of refund so I asked if thereâs anything else I can do like sending pictures of receipt and price tag. He said no and I was about to hang up with frustration. I said âokay byeâ and he byed me back with sarcastic tone and laughing sound which made me to write this review.

Whoever picked up the store phone call on 6/30 around 5:30pm, itâs obvious he doesnât know how to pick up with a good manner or calm down customer who was overcharged by the store...
   Read moreI am extremely disappointed and angry with my recent experience at your store. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but the way I was treated this time was completely unacceptable. The cashier, had a terrible attitude. She made eye contact, but with a mocking facial expression that was clearly disrespectful and rude. Her tone, body language, and overall behavior made me feel like she had no interest in serving customers and was irritated by my presence.
For a brand that presents itself as luxury, this level of service is absolutely shocking. The way she acted made me feel like I was begging for service, not buying a premium product. It completely ruins the luxury experience your brand is supposed to represent.
This experience was downright insulting. I will not return to this location again, and honestly, I am questioning whether this brand deserves any of my future support if this is the standard of customer...
