Ring's End — Local services in Orange

Excellent customer service. I have been refinishing old wood furniture all summer. Being a novice, I relied on the expertise of the Ring’s End staff all summer and items they recommended were spot on. My last trip resulted in the wood bleaching solution being out of stock. It was the last process of my very long project. The staff called around, found the item for me and picked it up the next morning to be available in Orange. This is customer service. that on 12-8-2024 I went to the sherwin Williams store to recycle sherwin Williams paint acquired over the years. SW changed the rules from the phone call to walking in - they said 5 gallons, then 5 cans , a third remaining a factor. I left 5 cans - left and went to RINGS END ORANGE,CT . the clerks there accepted my remaining SW paint, some of which were a third remaining . I appreciate RINGS END recycling the paint , SW paint not the BENJAMIN MOORE that they sell. thank you RINGS END ....

Love this store. However last time I went on 6/7/2023 around 1 pm ;younger employee was bad mouthing a customer to a manager or district manager. I felt uncomfortable with that interaction that occurred and it made me feel like they’d to the same to me when I left.

I enjoy this rings end however locker room talk should be kept out of customers presents.

That being said the 2 older guys are a pleasure...
