Let me first start off by saying this place is absolutely amazing! I'll give 2 reviews, 1 short and to the point and 1 longer.

Shorter Overall place: Clean, organized, well put together, great vibe overall Staff: Incredible, they know each customer individually and give great recommendations if you need help Price: Can be a bit on the pricy side, but they always have deals going on that help alleviate some of the cost

Longer: Staff: Let me say the Staff here is absolutely amazing. I've never had such wonderful customer service in my life! I started off going to Arrow Alternative on West River Street in Milford, but then they got bought by Curaleaf. Unfortunately, Curaleaf ended up closing that location and going somewhere else in CT. Rise was the closest place to me after Curaleaf left. I will say I was a bit unwilling to go to a new place... but it was the best decision I ever made. My fiancé and I come here often and we always have positive interactions with the staff. The staff here is wonderful and they truly make it a magical place. Some of the staff we've had very positive interactions with are Kevin, Kara, Lily, Dallas, Julissa, Sam... (please forgive me if I forgot to add you!) These people are SO helpful and they help you with anything you need. We feel like we've truly made friends there. Overall place: Very clean, they have touch pads for the in store ordering and you can filter things from price to percentage of THC to whatever you can think of! They have glass and all the accessories you could need to help medicate you. It's truly a magical place, oh they also have recreational there too for people that like to indulge in some (: Price: Can be pricy, but I've gotten things that are terrific from $25 to $50. Again, they always have some sort of deal going on!

I was inside rise and I sorted their pre-rolls for the highest THC because I don't have a medical card so I can't get it in flower 48% and it was $32 on sale. Regular price $47 when I click check out my price jumped to $50.20. before I went to the register I asked one of the workers why does it say $50. What I asked for was only $32 on sale. I know there's like tax and all these other fees but not 50 bucks he goes. Oh our kiosk doesn't register our sale prices. I said no problem. When I got to the register to make my purchase it was still $50.20 I said no - What I'm purchasing is on sale for 32 bucks. We all walk over to the kiosk. There was communications at the same time from one of the staff members who realized that everything in the store was ringing up on sale. So at that point someone was obviously working from inside flipping the prices that were not on sale but that's not my problem. What I purchased at the time of my purchase prior to checkout was originally priced at $47 on sale for $32. I'm told they're going to honor the price and I happen to look at the receipt. I still paid 50 bucks rise dispensary dips in your weed because when I buy pre-rolls and I buy a little five pack. None of my Jays are the same size. One's always always way smaller than the other ones and now you've robbed me. I had no problem paying the tax and fees getting my refund via cash when I use debit. I had the pleasure of visiting Rise Dispensary late Friday night and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. As someone who isn’t very educated on different types of weed, I walked in feeling a bit overwhelmed. Emmanuel immediately approached me and offered his assistance. I explained my symptoms and what I was hoping to find, and he was incredibly attentive, selecting specific products tailored to my needs.

What stood out the most was not just Emmanuel’s expertise, but the entire team that was working that night. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience possible.

This was my first time purchasing a permanent vape, as I typically opt for disposable vapes. I’ve always found the idea of cartridges and refilling to be a bit intimidating, but the staff made it so easy. Kage, who rang me up, went above and beyond. Without me even asking, he gave me detailed instructions on how to use the charger, shared helpful tips, and made sure I felt confident with my new purchase.
