I shop here often and I have to say today was a very embarrassing situation and completely frustrating. There is a large sale going on and my daughters were shopping for bras and underwear and beauty products. We had an employee helping us, Haley, who was very kind and very helpful to both my daughters in selecting bras and getting the correct measurements. We found three bras two were the T-shirt bras for $49.50 and a bra she told us was $16. I also had a coupon for a beauty product that another employee I asked what I needed to buy or what it was good for, I was informed that I could get a free beauty product with our purchases we are making. I grabbed one and we headed to check out. The gentleman fauds was checking us out and told me I can’t use the coupon as it expired. Kinda bummed I wasn’t told that when I showed the employee but not a deal breaker. So I asked what the ones were ringing up and the $16 bra was ringing up $24. I explained that Haley got the bra for my daughter during the measurements and she told us twice that the bra was $16 as we were shopping with her. He called the manager, Brie, over and that is when the interaction became cold and confrontational. She was saying it wasn’t that price we were told, she wasn’t listening to us and was trying to say that my daughter grabbed the wrong bra and that other customers must have put in wrong place. I tried explaining to her that Haley told us and got the bra NOT US. Brie then replies well it doesn’t have a red mark on the tag, I said well I am not an employee so how would I know that and why don’t your employees know this. She turned around and left after my mom said please go get Haley. It was clear Brie wasn’t going to honor the price we were quoted and she didn’t have the proper manager skills to defuse what she created by finding the right $16 bra for us to purchase if we wanted. As we left she decided to have a very sarcastic reply when my mom stopped to explain that she really handled that sitauatiom inappropriately as a manager who represents a large corporate store. I really hope that she didn’t take out her anger on Haley because she has great potential as a salesperson I think she just needs a better manager to make sure she remains successful and knowledgeable of the sale merchandise. This issue has upset my mom who was visiting and wanted to spoil my daughters at your store. We ended up removing two items from our purchase and I doubt I would return to this location knowing this is what we may encounter on...
Read moreI am giving this store 1 star because the manager informed me that their GIFT CARDS are an easy target for FRAUD! I purchased a gift card in person at this location, for my niece for her bachelorette party. My niece then texts me a picture of her trying to redeem her giftcard online and it shows a $0balance on the Victoria secret gift card I purchased. According to an online associate from Victoria secret, the gift card had been used 5days after I had purchased the gift card. I opened a fraudulent claim in hope's of getting my money back although I was not reassured it would be. When I called the store and spoke to the manager she said and these are her words," Our Victoria secret gift cards are a constant fraud problem ALL the time. It's good that you opened a case already!" I then asked "If management knew this was a constant fraud problem why do they still place their Victoria secret giftcards on the front counter?" "Why do they not inform customers about this fraud problem? Why withhold this information from customers?" Her response, "Tell that to corporate!" So Victoria secret corporate if this is a ONGOING FRAUD PROBLEM with Victoria secret GIFTCARDS why are they still being placed at the front counter where everyone has access to them? First off it wasn't one employee it was a few and I only recieved the name of one girl, which was Maggie, whom was very nice and did a great job helping me. So when I arrived at your store I lady I believe to be the manager walked by me and I stopped her and told her that I am in need of a good bra with a good support and the 2 for 52 looked like the deal that would work for me. Well I assume she was the manager because she gave orders to Maggie to help me, except that the 2 for 52 didn't have my size, so the manager told Maggie to that I was looking for the 2 for 52 and to help me find 2 bras that would accomadate the same deal. So Maggie helped me find two bras amd even threw in a coupon for a free pair of panties, which I graciiusly picke out. But when I went to check out, the girls at the counter. Charhed me $139. I then explained to them what I asked for when I came in and that I was helped out by Maggie and she was instructed to help me into 2 bras matching the 2 for $52. The young ladys at the counter tried to change her words around and insult me by saying I was wrong. I am upset. I stopped in a hurry because I needed a good bra to support my 32 DDDs.
