Nice guys. They do a great job on embroidery, and HTV. They never give me a hard time, and are very eager to work with me, to understand exactly what I want done, and bring my vision to life. But unfortunately they don't have a lot of specialized HTV that I really want, like puff HTV or siser brick HTV. Which really is a shame, because I would gladly give them more business if they did. But they do have flock. The prices seem fair, compared to other places I've been. Mostly at malls.

However one time when I was there, one of the guys went outside for a cigarette, and left the door open, and all of the cigarette smoke came into the store. That's not what you want when dealing...

Just WoW! They literally brought my vision to print! I did my first facial pop-up this past weekend and I wanted a a custom runner using my logo. I emailed them what I created for my logo and what they printed brought me to literal tears! Happy tears of course ☺️ Just seeing something I created come to life in print, on fabric, was surreal and I can not Thank Come2Custom enough for that. Mind you, I brought it to them the same day, slightly pressed for time, and they made it happen!!! 10 out of 10 will always...

Nice guys but very disorganized. Called in to check the status of a file I dropped off for conversion and they had no clue which file was mine. Still wanted to support them rather than going to a chain like LIDS which is where so normally go, so I brought some hats to put my logo on. The same logo they converted. The hats look goofy. Logo lines are way too thin and misshapen. Very simple line logo, no color, just a square. $70 in hats plus $50 for conversion and $25 for the embroidery - all wasted, hats...
