Read moreI tried this place a few times, some staff are helpful others just wait for you pick something to buy or leave. I’m not sure if I’ll visit this place again. This is the second time I’ve encountered and issue with them. Today, they didn’t have my item in stock, after getting a recommendation on a product, I needed to leave the store to confirm which flavor to get. I returned to the store and ended up buying the flavor I wanted, however, the flavor I purchased was missing the active ingredient I discussed with the previous clerk who was busy with another person when I returned to buy. I left the store and looked at the package and realized it was missing the active ingredient. I came back 1 minute later with receipt in hand and with the same package and explained my mistake. Lady just read some defensive store speak to me, was told it’s a final sale. Mine was only CBD which is accessible in retail stores too, not in the same tier as their controlled substance stuff. Another experience before this one, had an issue with them charging me for an extra item I didn’t buy but I let it slide due to product being liked, when I pointed the issue out, we resolved just by them giving it to me since it was paid for earlier. I have been coming here for years and have always been told if my vape cartridge is defective in any way to bring it back for an exchange or refund. I bought a defective cart that was burnt and tried to return or replace it. It’s not usable at all and not safe for one’s health to smoke a burnt cart. I was told no because it’s a flavor issue. I said no it is in fact defective and the coil is burnt. I again was told no and that’s the rules. I asked if I could buy more and when the lady came over I continued to vent and asked if buddies would be able to do anything and that it doesn’t sit right with be to buy a product I can’t use that is defective and also can’t return. Especially because I’m told to bring it back for any issues and not that all sales are final. The lady threw her hands up in the air and yelled get out and the manager won’t do anything either because they make the rules. Well I started crying and left.
