Five Below — Local services in Orem

5 Below has a lot of great merchandise and a lot of stuff to choose from. We love to shop here a lot. Some of the items I love to go try to find & get is Hello Kitty blind bag/ merch. Recently purchased Hello Kitty Squishmallows which my daughter absolutely loves! The employees are sweet & friendly and ready to help with anything you need! Tho there has been a few times an employee whenever I come in does make me feel "rushed" & like a complete burden if I ask a question. No matter what I still try to be as courteous & polite as I can (I always remind myself everyone has bad days or are going thru hard times so I try not to judge or figure out why) and the employees are extremely friendly, so I don't want to base my rating/opinion based on a couple of bad experiences with one. I still absolutely love Five Below!

One thing is I feel I have to mention is the quality of the "floaties" (tho absolutely adorable) almost every single one I've purchased has had holes or developed holes after the first or second time using them. I did however find a receipt for one of the floaties that was over a month and a half old, and to my surprise they were happy to return it with a complete refund! That meant so much to me! A few items cost more than $5 (including the little squish which equaled over $6 each) and the floaties are around $5.55. I've seen items $10 before but it's understandable based on what they are, but I just feel like I need to mention to remember it is "Five Below", so the quality of some of the items especially the floaties definitely reflect the price (which is also why they are able to charge less). The headphones I've purchased for $5 is well worth it and I know other places would charge at least two or three times the amount for (and they would still be worth purchasing!) I purchased the squishmallow headphones which my daughter used at school and lasted a few months till the end of the school year and is still going strong! They are absolutely adorable!

They also have such an amazing return policy and are ready to help with any problems that do occur with any damaged merchandise:) Just remember to hold on to your receipt and you can't go wrong!

Also they have so much Sanrio merch that is honestly so hard to find around here! And a huge candy selection at amazing prices! (A certain candy I had just purchased at a different store for $10 a bag, they had them there for $2!!) Tho a different brand still the exact same candy. All in all I currently recommend and love...

I was impressed with this store. Honestly, it's my new favorite store. Lol. Yesterday was their grand opening. We attended and enjoyed our trip through this fun store of treasures. It did seem when asked about certain item's; that I saw on their website prior to them opening; seemed to be not in stock at that time. Grant, it's their first day open, and still under construction, come to find out. The items I was inquiring about just so happened to be not out on the floor for to the no room issue. But as soon as the construction was finished then those items will be put out on the store floor for sell. Unknown when that is but none the less, I was impressed with...

I wish I could remember the worker's name that had helped my kids and I out. She was very nice and I am so greatful for what she did for us. My card wasn't working and she bought the assortment of things that we had. It was almost $20, we could have lived without them but she went out of her way and helped us out. She made our day and made me very greatful that there is still some good in this world. Thank you fellow worker for you consideration! I will definitely come back here for the cool nick nacks, but pay for them myself...
