Amazing! My sister and I came in originally for one picarones order, tried it came back in from the car and got another order plus two dinner plates, had him surprise us so I’m not sure the correct names, but the steak perfectly cooked and rice very good and Smokey and the chicken fried rice was the best fried rice I’ve had. The caldo de gallina is excellent, but the ceviche lemon juice doesn't taste like ceviche, the arroz con pollo had almost nothing of cilantro, too much salt and pepper, the pescado a lo macho aderezo was wrongly made, you más fry more the aji panca and the star of the day was the Lomo saltado, good taste, but only 5 small pieces of meat for 17$ seems like a scam. You should taste the dishes before serving to the custome, had really high...

The best ceviche ive had in utah. Highly recommended upgrading it; and getting it with a delicious seafood fried rice. Stole a couple bites of Lomo Saltado from a friends plate. Glad I did it was almost as good...
