I visited the store with a coupon on my phone, which was valid for use today until 6 PM. However, when I approached an employee for assistance on how to use it, I was incorrectly informed that the coupon was only good for Friday.
Even after I showed the coupon to the employee, which clearly stated the correct date and time, she remained unhelpful. Despite my attempts to explain that I would like to use it as the coupon was expiring today, her response was merely a nonchalant "sorry." She seemed disinterested from the start and did not make any effort to resolve the issue.
This experience left me disappointed with the service provided, as it seemed the staff was not trained to handle such situations nor inclined to assist customers adequately.
