White House Black Market — Local services in Orland Township

Although I love the store and merchandise at White House Black Market, the sales people in the Orland Park store are rude and not helpful. Save yourself the trouble and find a different location. The Burr Ridge location is very nice and the sales people at that location are so much friendlier and helpful. I've been in the Orland Park store a few times so this was not an isolated incident. They never say hello, the don't ask if you need help. They see me holding a few garments they don't offer a dressing room. When you ask them for help they seem put out. I did buy a few things and I asked is I had any coupons. She rolled her eyes like I was bothering me. She said I didn't which was funny because the next day I got an email about having $50 off $200 or more. I was already at $150...I would have gladly bought something else to use the $50 coupon. The other sad thing is I have emailed the company directly to complain about how the sales people are in Orland Park....they never answered me either. Maybe this is company culture to treat their loyal clients badly. I can easily take my money elsewhere which is a shame because they do have...

Best shopping experience period. The staff at this WHBM have customer service down to a science! Everyone in the store is overjoyed to help you find what you're looking for and have a variety of tastes, all great! I never have to hold a garment for more than 2 minutes before they offer to add to my dressing room. If said garment needs to be tried on with another layer, what you need will be there when you go to try on :) Julie was a key player in helping me choose my new pieces this season, but everyone in the store was fantastic. I drive an hour to shop here each season, it's always more than worth it. Expectations exceeded...

WHITE HOUSE BLACK MARKET Womens Clothing Retailer offers a better line of clothing for the ... (older than twentysomething)... bracket customer. It specializes in the "black & white" color scheme (some exception) with a nice selection of casual & dressier items for holidays & special occasions. I find the clothing & fabrics used to be quite nice and a great choice for the career customer. This is not your teen daughter's clothing stop and sizing will reflect the age of its patrons. That said expect to pay more for clothing at WHITE HOUSE BLACK MARKET than your department...
