They have good cookies, but when i made a purchase on friday when i got home i noticed they were hard and not fresh. We called but no one picked up and i kind of live a little far, had to throw the rest away. Until the next day we talked with someone around 1pm, they said just to come back show receipt and they will give us 2 fresh ones. So when we get there around 6pm we were told the manager said no. I wish i talked with the manager instead of the employee who told us to come by cause i wasted gas going there. For that i will Never come back to this location, and they lost loyal customers. If i was the manager i would have just given the customer fresh cookies to make up for last time because that is what customer service is about as well as the reputation. Which this company knows NOTHING About. We have had no problems with this place until now, it’s good people know these cookies not always fresh, and make sure you tell the bakers you want them str8 out the oven. Because my batch on friday looked like a day old or 2 days. Even when i microwaved them the chocolate didnt melt. And the cookie was still hard. Horrible customer...
Read moreCookies are good but when I order on the app three days ahead of time for curbside I expect them to be on time. I get it if it's a minute or two late but c'mon. I sat in the car for 15 minutes with a fussy baby waiting -- and the app even sent me a notification after 9 minutes saying "enjoy your cookies" and asked me to rate their performance... even though I hadn't even received them yet. I had to call and let them know I was outside even though I'd already confirmed that I'd arrived through the app. Look, If you're gonna charge $25 for 6 cookies, service should reflect the cost just as much as the product. I work in the food service industry and if you came to my restaurant and were kept waiting 15 minutes past the time quoted for carryout or curbside (or in this case a time scheduled days in advance) someone would be comping for the inconvenience. I drove 12 miles out of my way on the recommendation from a friend. I will be taking my business...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I 100% would. I’ve never been to Crumbl before so this was my first time. I was greeted and that was about it. I stood at the register waiting to get my order taken and it never happened. The cashier took the person’s order ahead of me and then walked away doing something else when they were done taking that order. No one ever took our order or even told us how the process goes if they don’t take orders at the front. I ended up just leaving and was even more confused because I still don’t even know how to place an order. It would have been nice if someone told us “hey, you actually have to use the iPad to place an order” or something, but I was told absolutely nothing. I was standing there looking dumb while they were talking and not saying a word to me. Felt a bit racially motivated if you ask me, but what can you do about it. Never going to this...
