Starbucks — Restaurant in Orland Township

Absolutely horrible this location!!! This is the 3rd time in ONE week my drink has been put to the side and FORGOTTEN about! The staff is extremely rude and the atmosphere is always full of trash inside and outside. I arrived today at 4:25PM after placing a mobile order stated to picked up at 4:22PM. They were pretty busy so I knew they wait would be a bit longer. At about 4:30 I saw them put a sticker on a cup and put it on the counter and walk away. 4:40 comes around and I ask if they had an order with my name on it. With attitude they turn around and response “oh sorry we forgot!” Again this happens quite often at this location and you have to walk on egg shells cause the staff always gives attitude like they never make a mistake. The gentleman makes my drink with I have see made hundreds of times. Did even use the shaker cup. Puts all the ingredients swirls it about and didn’t even have the courtesy to hand it to me but slams it on the counter and walks away. I finally walked out at 4:54PM. I to work in customer service and I couldn’t never treat my customers that way as they pay our bills essentially. They don’t come we have no business! I visit Starbucks 5 days a week and never will I return to this location. If you don’t want to deal with the public then don’t be in customer service. This is by far the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to in my life. They close the inside at random times for no reason leaving the drive-through incredibly long and you unable to go in and get your mobile order. You have to simply wait in the sometimes over 45 minute line to get a drink that you ordered ahead of time for your convenience. When you call to ask if this inconvenience is happening that specific day they don’t answer the phones. Their voicemail box is always filled so there’s no way of getting a hold of them. I have honestly never been to a more poorly operated Starbucks in my entire life. Even if the inside is open and you can successfully mobile order the app usually give you an estimated time between 10 to 15 minutes. You will get to the Starbucks within that 10 to 15 minutes and be sitting there waiting for your drink, they will then tell you that they have a ridiculous wait time. I once ordered a drink to the Starbucks and waited the 10 minutes to get it. When I got there I was told that it would be another 45 minutes till I got my drink which is absolutely absurd for any...

I really like this location. All of the employees here are, without fail, friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I was helping a friend make a memory board for a grad school course. It involved sorting hundreds of pictures, arranging them artistically, then gluing them in that pattern to a big fold-out poster board. Since they got rid of the big table during the remodel, we were trying to do this on one small table.

Seeing our problem, and given that it wasn't busy, they rearranged a few smaller tables so we could lay the pics out on the posterboard rather than do it on a table then move them all and try to replicate it on the board. This made it go so much faster and easier.

One issue: The far corner, opposite the main door, gets really bloody cold in the winter. I don't care if you're one of those people who "never gets cold". So am I. It didn't matter.
