Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a designer store. My son bought a pair of CL shoes for Mother’s Day. He drove 3 hours away to go to the millennia Mall in Orlando to surprise me on Mother’s Day. He told the staff that I have a broken foot and I can’t walk in high heals. He even showed them a picture of the heals I wanted. Without showing my son the shoes, staff bagged a pair of 5 inch heals and sent my son on his way. The shoes were too tall and not only I couldn’t keep them but they didn’t fit because they gave him a size smaller. When I sent my father another 3 hours away to return the shoes they told him they would charge me $100 because the bottoms were scratched. I called and tried to reason with 2 different people and they wouldn’t budge. They deducted $100 from my refund regardless. I’ve never been more disappointed and insulted because I didn’t scratch the shoes. I couldn’t even wear them. I will never buy shoes from this designer ever again. I will throw $1000 in a trash before I buy red bottoms…. So overrated. Staff is highly disrespectful and not helpful. Worst experience ever....

Sorry to say i will shop here got a shoe as a gift from my kids for birthday because they don't have that shoe no more I can't get another we asked to get another shoe that fits and I would even pay the difference they can't do that either so never bye gift to this brand sizes are not accurate so unless you are buying for your self and you are there to try it on don't buy it because you can't get your money you can't get another replacement and you can't even get something else even if you add money or the difference very disappointing and will be shopping another brand there is alot out there no need to shop here when there is many other high end brands that don't as such to customers sorry I know they can't lose money that's understandable but that's for if they where used or damaged but if you ha e proof of purchase also to mention it is this store I got them from but that is just a waste my money in the trash because I felt bad and gave the kids there money they spent on these for me pretty bad ferragamo Gucci there is...

If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. I recently visited Christian Louboutin and while one woman shopped me and my two daughters were told to wait. At first, it seemed like a Covid-19 restriction so we of course were understanding. The store security was at the front door the entire time the ONE (1) woman shopped waiting to let us in. When it was time for the (3) of us to enter the store we were greeted by Melissa and told that Delilah was there to assist who then instructed the security female to remain at the center of the store while we were shopping. We then realized there were (2) other people in the store while we were shopping. Overall, we were instantly made to feel as if we were unwanted or unfit to shop at this establishment. We were watched and profiled while they attempted small talk and distractions. This is experience was truly unacceptable.
