I am disappointed with Hollister at millenia mall. I came to the store all the way from Florida mall to millenia for a white skirt.When I got there, there were only 2 left in my size(small) on the manikin and I asked one of the sales associate if they could take it out (they have done it before). There were 2 skirts left one in the front manikin and one on the inside one (I asked for the inside one). However I was oddly informed that they couldn’t take it out because the manager(I don’t know their name but the responsible person for the floor I talked to after the sales associate was called MIA) had said no and they can’t do that (again they have done before). I proceed to explain I travel in 2 days for my birthday so the option (shipping to my house) suggested to me wouldn’t work, they answered with “there is nothing we can do sorry”. I am deeply disappointed, I shop at that store and same location for years and this has never happened to me. Now Hollister, would you guys prefer to lose a sale over taking a piece of clothing off a manikin that was inside the store and replacing it? I don’t know if this is a new policy or a existing one but this has never happened with me; as a result I ended up not even taking any of the other clothes I was going to. In addition, 2 months ago I bought a dress from your store that I ended up having to return it because when I washed it all the red dye from it came out...

We had originally ordered a hoodie for pickup through the Hollister store at the Florida Mall but happened to find the exact same item while shopping here. Naturally, we wanted to cancel the original order, which typically requires calling customer support. However, being tourists from outside the U.S., we couldn’t make the call ourselves.
That’s when Christian, one of the employees here, stepped in to save the day. Not only did he offer to call customer support on our behalf, but he also managed to track down the order number we didn’t have with us and resolved the issue completely.
Christian went above and beyond to help us, and his exceptional support turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience. We are so grateful...
