I’m not pleased with the store. I’ve been going there a while and ever since they open the new store I feel like the attitudes have not gotten better especially the store manager. I did not have a receipt and I went to return some stuff and she wasn’t about to look up my stuff. She said it wasn’t in there, but I went to the store at Alafaya and they luckily was no problem found it and decided to let me Exchange the stuff for something else that I wanted without a receipt which by the way I never do. I usually have my receipt, but this store manager at the one in colonial made me feel really bad and unhappy when I left thank goodness for the people in Alafaya. They are lovely. I love their store. Read moreNew ownership? The older women who work there are highly unpleasant. I was a paying customer who asked to use the restroom and was told I can walk to Big Lots, it’s for employees only. Would be very disheartening for someone with health related issues to be placed in that position. Aside from that you just don’t feel the friendly atmosphere until they allow you to, if they do.
