Waited over a month and then received a ring that looked like it was in rough shape. There was no certification of authenticity which concerned me. Wore it on day one and it turned my finger green. So I called Shane Clare who said they don't do letters of authenticity and told me my finger will stop changing colors in a few days. We get off the phone and both his excuses on why my finger is turning colors and the certification of authenticity did not bring me comfort. I called a second time to share my dissatisfaction for the Ring and had to leave a voicemail. In the voicemail I stated concerns and asked for options regarding getting it all gold instead of silver in hopes of having a ring that won't change my fingers color. I received no call back. So on day 6 since receiving the Ring (return policy states 30 days to be eligible for refund and returns) I went to the store in millinia mall in Orlando to share my concerns in person. The associate at the desk said the ring does not look like it should after only 6 days and total wear time around the house being about 6hrs total. He said the ring looked like it had been worn roughly for over a month (my fiance and I agreed). He said we had to wait for Shane to do a refund. So while we waited for 20 min for Shane he kept polishing the ring and he made it shinier than it ever looked since receiving it. First Shane says that it looked like that all scratched up and worn looking because it's made by hand "and it's impossible to be perfect crafting by hand. I told him for the price I paid I wanted better quality and said I wanted my money back. Well this made another version of Shane come out. Cause he's the one who made commission on the sale he did not want to honor the return policy on day 6 out of 30. He then got whiney and rude to me and to my mother. Made a complaint with the FTC Federal Trade Commission and found 3 other complaints since December 19th for similar circumstances. Shane Clare is a con artist and the jewelry they deliver are not the same quality as advertised in the store and they do not honor their own policy nor stand behind their own product. Instead of trying to make the customer feel happy or content with their multi thousand dollar purchase, Shane Clare made me feel like after less than a week I'm stuck with a Ring that I've never been happy with since day one.
