Iâve shopped at least 3 Chanel boutiques in Florida over years, finally met a racist assistant Bettina. I did a spontaneous shopping on Thursday, they randomly arranged this woman to âservingâ me. I told her I might see â Gabrielleâ, and she immediately corrected my pronunciation twice. Then I ask if they have the little cosmetic box bag, she told me thatâs been called â vanityâ , I said good to know thanks, and she repeated that â vanityâ twice again. I ask her is this bag a new season? I guess people would know â new seasonâ means spring? She ask me â what new season? New season is June .â ok the conversation till here became so awkward, I really wanted to leave by that time, I felt she probably had a bad day , and she found an Asian girl to bully eventually. So I was about to leave, then she saw her old client and told meâ someone else will serve you here , I have my old client â then I pleased bought a â vanityâ bag and a coco crush ring, and knew a new incredible shopping assistant Na. Bee is also a great and responsible assistant, Iâve shopped lotâs products from him, he is thoughtful and knew what you suitable for your style.    Read moreVery bad customer service!!! We were shopping for a Chanel bag at this store for a friend from Texas. The moment we walked in there were no sell person to greet us except the security guys. We were walking around the store to check out bags and put our friend on FaceTime so she can see which bag she likes. Eventually, this Bettina Rodriguez lady who is a sell person there walked toward us without saying âhiâ or anything, with a scowling face told us that we cannot doing Facetime there and we can only take pictures. We said we did not know and apologized (there was no sign anywhere at the store saying that we cannot doing Facetime there). We then resumed the shopping for my friend by taking picture of the bags and then sent to my friend. This Bettina lady then again followed us and with a very annoyed expression, she told us âyou still have the phone on FaceTimeâ. I then had to show her my phone which was on picture mode. I was then beyond annoyed with the bad customer service and just wanted to walk out of the store. The whole shopping experience there was very unpleasant. This sell lady only changed her attitude towards us at the end when we purchased a bag and kept apologizing to us saying it was a misunderstanding. I donât think it was misunderstanding, it was just plainly bad customer service, and Chanel should train their employees better since we donât expect that from a high end store. Anyway, we will...
   Read moreVisited the Millinum Mall 11/27/18 purchased some items at Neiman Marcus and the sales lady directed me to the Chanel Boutique in which I had asked for the location. Entering the store we were simultaneously Greeted by 3 employees. We were asked if they could help in which we said âwe are just lookingâ they replied let any one of us know if we can help! (Love it already) We did look around and then asked about 10 mins later where the âexclusiveâ Chanel fragrances were in the store? Once we were directed to that area of the store a SA named Frank T assisted us and made the whole experience delightful! He explained the differences between the two fragrances we were contemplating received literature on both and provided us with sample size of each. Once we decided which large eau de parfume exclusive we wanted to purchase,Frank had it gift wrapped, placed in a lovely bag and brought us two delicious cappuccinos! Wonderful service, great experience and great merchandise! Great Job...
