Tommy Bahama — Local services in Orlando

My husband and I usually buy all our clothes here. There is a manager who speaks Spanish, I believe his name is Juan, he would get 10 stars, as would an elderly gentleman who is friendly and helpful.

Today I had the bad luck to be served by another manager, I don't know his name, a younger man. I came to exchange a garment I ordered online for the same size and color; the blouse smelled like the plastic it was packed in and looked like faded fabric; it arrived at my house yesterday. Instead of checking it, the manager said NO, without understanding the reason until another person arrived and saw my ticket with more than 20 garments purchased and agreed to exchange it, something so simple that it had an easy solution!!!!

I will think twice before shopping at this store or as long as this rude and inefficient...

This Tommy Bahama is probably one of the largest and best stocked retail stores in the Orlando to Tampa areas. They always have a wide selection of styles and sizes. The store is always clean and organized, as well as the dressing rooms.

As far as service, this varies each time depending on who the manager is, who the sales people are and if there is one of their rare sales going on. Usually, most of the people are very helpful and willing to get you different sizes, check the computer and place orders for items out of stock (shipping is free). If, however, there is a problem, some of the people will quickly turn from sweet to being annoyed. This is why I am giving them only 4 stars. If I were able, they would get 3.5 stars.
