JANUARY 2022 Well, now, akin to Kohl's in the untidy department. I know the current shortage of staffing can impact this, BUT, i've taken photos over the last, probably 3 years, that look just like the ones I'm posting, now, and each time I've been there in the last year—always in the late evening, so maybe there's some correlation—there's been a lot of non-service-area staff 'hanging out' in the front of the store, seemingly indicating resources aren't being adequately assigned. SOMEONE should be cleaning up... only 1900, and the place is a disaster! I only took one photo at the end on my way out—the absolute worst area seemed to be soft lines, especially, lingerie (and it's been consistent as this has been the main thing I've shopped for over the last year). AND there's been nobody to help you find the right size of something you like but picked up in the wrong place and aren't able to find the section with the rest of the sizes. Last week, I was told that other sizes would have been hanging with the one I picked up 🤦🏽🤦🏽 Really?! You don't say! Obviously, HAD THAT BEEN the case, I'm pretty sure I would have been able to find the "section with other sizes of this item". Er... Needless to say, I didn't purchase the item because I couldn't find the other sizes (and it's not like it was a last item, it was the odd-brand-out in a section of x-other-brand (i.e. a Jockey bra hanging in a section of Maiden-form). It wasn't where it was supposed to be. And I had already spent HOURS shopping, precisely because it was a disaster, and my energy was all used up, and I couldn't keep hunting. It's been very frustrating to shop there, however, if you have your receipt or the card the items were purchased on, returns are still quite easy! 5 YEARS AGO Good Selection, decent customer service, easy returns if you used the RedCard, clean and orderly when compared to Kohl's or JCP, but struggled during the holidays with miscellaneous things everywhere! Not great because you can't always locate an associate, and cartwheel is annoying. You have to have your phone or barcode, and can't just enter your linked phone number at the checkout. Definitely go there often, and am typically satisfied with shopping experience.

I used to love this Target, and recently after the birth of my twins have found the Drive Up service to be very convenient. Unfortunately I will not be returning. This evening I received my order and upon getting home and removing the bags from my trunk, I realized that the 2 bags of apples I bought were completely rotten, mushy, and some were basically liquified. They are about $4.50 per bag and when I called customer service to request a refund, they told me I would have to bring the apples back to the store to “return them” and would not be receiving a single cent unless they got their apples back. I take issue with this because 1) I had already thrown them all away to avoid getting my house as sticky as my trunk is now, 2) Target would just have to throw away these rotten apples anyway, and 3) The entire reason for me choosing Drive Up is to save time after a 10 hour day and rushing home to relieve the babysitter. I feel I should not have to waste additional time driving BACK to Target to return rotten food that they selected for me. Additionally, even if I had time to return them, it would not be today, and I’m not keeping rotten food in my house until the next time I happen to drive by Target…

Drive Up is having a catastrophic meltdown. All eight spots are filled, with more people waiting. One person had a problem with his order and instead of directing him to work with the Guest Services desk, the Drive Up employee was apparently just pulled off, stopping work entirely, to deal with this man, and no one has been triaged to fill in that spot. People have been waiting a very long time, over twenty minutes. Management needs to jump in and triage when there are issues like this. Staff needs to be trained on what to do here, because dollars to donuts, this does not require the one Drive Up staff member’s full, undivided attention. This is absurd and disrespectful to the other eight+ cars waiting to be helped. I could have shopped myself in this amount of time.

I ordered a product online to pick up in store online status the product would be ready within two hours I get to the store in 2 1/2 hours the product was not ready, the young man at the order area told me to cancel my order and walk back there and pick up the product so I was running late for work I said I will be back, by the time I got to my truck they had sent me an email saying that the product was not there, I called and asked to speak with a manager I got sean l explain my situation to sean he seems like he had a attitude from the start I asked if I could get my money back or transfer it to the other store as stated on their website Sean was very rude told me no he couldn’t do that and said that they wouldn’t take the money out unless I had picked up the item well sean did not tell the truth they took the money out and instead of sean trying to help me solve the problem sean was the problem, I see where the employees get their attitude from if the store manager has a nasty attitude the employees will follow I also work retail and there would be no Way a store manager would...
