MY FAMILY AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
For starters, our cashier was very impolite and lacked good customer service skills. Second, my father ordered a side of the Thai chicken soup. When the server brought over our 3 meals, she did not bring the side soup. (Note: she was not our cashier). When I went up to the counter to point out their mistake, she walked past me at least three times before her manager told her to ask what I needed. I explained it to her and they quickly brought the soup to our table. Third, my brother has celiac disease (a severe allergy to gluten) and I have a gluten intolerance. We both ordered gluten-free noodles. As I was eating my meal (buttered noodles w/ the gluten-free fusilli noodles) I noticed non-gluten free elbow noodles mixed in with mine. I immediately brought my bowl to the counter and was again walked past and stared at by not only employees, but the manager as well for AT LEAST 5 minutes. I finally yelled over to the same server that had ignored me three times prior and told her that I needed a manager. When the manager finally walked over, I explained not only the noodle contamination issue, but everything else that had gone wrong during our visit. Not only was he distracted, he showed no compassion or sympathy whatsoever. I demanded that the meal be remade and brought back to our table. The meal was remade and after examining it, it was all gluten-free noodles. I took one bite and realized the noodles were well under-cooked. It is safe to say that we will NEVER be returning to our once...
Read moreI want to start by saying the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. No complaints there. This was the second time I tried Noodles and Company. First time at this location. Both times I have discovered the food is just not good. At least to me. The portion is so small. My husband and I both ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with bacon. The noodles were so hard we could not pierce them with our forks let alone wrap them around our forks. The broccoli was almost raw. I tried so hard to eat it, but we just couldn’t. We also ordered one pop and garlic bread. The total was $37 which, to me, is very pricey. It was definitely too pricey for the amount of food in front of us. I just couldn’t stomach paying that much. Also, there were hardly any tables cleaned off and there was mold all over the duct work. We did get our money back. The cashier and the manager did try to remake the food for us, but in the end I just wanted my money back. The manager did do that for us which I appreciate. The pic I included here is the mold on the duct work. We...
Read moreWe came in to get some food as we love this place and it's our favorite place to eat. We ordered a regular butter noodle, a small butter noodle, a side of salad, mac and cheese and another side of mac (my fiancé loves the sides) we paid 19.90 about. When our food came only 3 things came, the small and regular butter noodle, and my side of mac and cheese. My fiancé went to explain that we were missing food and the server told him no you didn't pay for that. When in fact we did. They were very rude & although they did eventually bring our extra sides they delivered it in a rude and disrespectful manner. I couldn't be more disappointed. When a customer politely tells you that his/her order is missing items you should be kind, respectful & apologize for the mistake and fix it. Not rude and unconcerned with the customers experience.
Will not be going...
