I love this store, I really do. For years it’s always been one of my favorite places to shop. The customer service has always been great.... but today around 6pm I walked in, took approximately 4 steps and heard someone speaking very loudly across the store. She was expressing how she didn’t understand why the store was so messy and said “if you stop what you’re doing to clean we won’t have to spend as much time cleaning at the end of the night”. I have no issue with what was said but the tone (as if she were talking to her unruly child) and to be saying this across the store so loudly that she could be heard on the other side of the store was absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful and unacceptable for any place of business. I could not figure out why this other employee (who was clearly new) would allow her to speak to her in such a way. I would’ve quit on the spot and let her know she doesn’t get to speak to me in that manner. There is a right and wrong way to...

They are wonderful, they have sizes from xsmall to sometimes as great as xxxlarge. Clothing have the articles maked down from the main tags. You can see what the price was to see what you are saving. The clothing is from casual to work clothing. I love this place IT'S just a few doors down from Target to the East. For being so small their prices are hudge, you will love this store. Just in Cato in Kalamazoo and the person working here is very rude, swearing and abrasive. She is yelling about how people are not putting things away properly, shouting “ who knocked this over”. Just hollering through the store. Very unprofessional.
