Sages Meat Market — Local services in Oswego Township

Sages is hands down the best company I have ever seen. The owners are behind the counter helping customers and are right by there phone to give the best customer care. This places quality is nothing I've ever seen. Granted this is the first real butcher shop I've been too but there customer service is amazing. The 2 thing I would change about this place is since this is my first time at a butcher I really wanted to get to know about the meat that might be asking to much but something I'm really into like info on the farm it came from, how fresh the cut is, etc. Also having prices on things, that's where I've made mistakes on ordering things is not knowing an estimate on cost when I wanna order and paying more than anticipated. I've had 1 issue with them on an order tho and they took care of me and went above and beyond. My recommendation to try is NY strip, bacon, sals sausage, german brauts, and there italian beef. The meat and selection is great, the service is even better! From brats to high quality steaks they have it all! Don’t look past the meatloaf, sides and soups, they are amazing too. My husband and I would rather grab a high quality cut of meat from Sages and grill at home than go out to a fancy restaurant. Easier on the pocket book too. Oh, and enchiladas Wednesdays are amazing! Ordered 5 racks of ribs for a Labor Day weekend family get together. The ribs seemed reasonably priced and I was pleased when I got home to find that they'd already removed the silver skin! Found the stuffed chicken breasts in the case appealing and picked up some to grill for dinner tonight which leaves me more time to continue preparation for the weekend get together.
