This place is horrible. I asked for a cup of ice, and she said that I needed to bring my own cup. I understood her so the next time I came here I asked for a cup of ice. Brought my own cup, and she refilled it. When I was about to leave, I asked her if I got refills on this, correct? She said yes you do."" Okay, so then later on, about 3 2 hours later, I ask for a refil on some ice with my own cup. She then says no sorry honey we don't give refills. First of all, don't call me honey and second of all you told me that we do get refills. So then I left and went somewhere else that gives refills for free. Do not come here. there are very rude staff and liars at this point. Very unprofessional. Plus, I asked for ice water, and instead of putting a bottle of water in my cup, she put TAP WATER!!!! This locations shows that there is takis with peppers and ice cream. So I called and asked how much it was and they said that they don’t got it so I told them then how come it’s advertised on the window and you guys don’t have it. Then she cut me off and said that she was busy which she was with one guy but she couldn’t hold on and talk to me and wait to talk to her customer.
