Absolutely Horrible Service – A Complete Disappointment
I am utterly disappointed with the service I received from Imagination Print and Design, specifically dealing with Rachael. I have been a loyal customer, even referring others to this company, but after this experience, I will never use them again. They say when a company grows, the quality of service declines. This was far worse than bad service—this was neglect and disrespect.
I placed an order for a significant event next weekend, and on October 1st, I received an email from Rachael confirming that my order was approved and in production. Fast forward to today, I received another email, out of the blue, stating my order was cancelled. No phone call, no explanation—just a rude email from Rachael informing me that my order was no longer being processed.
When I called to understand what was going on, I was met with nothing but unprofessionalism. I explained that I had been attending a funeral when the emails were sent, yet Rachael insisted that I should have prioritized her email confirmation over being present at such an important event. She kept on suggesting that she sent me an e-mail, and i told her i was at a funeral. responded and have proof of confirmation for the order. Is this the world we live in now? Where basic human decency and customer care have completely disappeared?
I have been in business for over two decades, and if my team treated clients the way Rachael did, we’d be out of business. Her coldness and disregard for the situation left me sick to my stomach. What happened to calling a customer if something is unclear or needs immediate attention? How do you send a confirmation email saying an order is in production, only to turn around and say, “Yeah, I cancelled it” without even a conversation?
I am shocked and deeply disappointed, not just by the lack of care for my order, but by the realization that we now live in a society where businesses no longer value their customers or basic respect. I will never return to this company. As for Racheal maybe learn to be more gentle and kind with your clients. People are paying you money and are already deal with enough without your nasty attitude.
This woman cancelled my order two days after she sent me a confirmation saying my pens are in production. I still can't believe this just happened. I am so disappointed.
What is interesting is I ordered journal books from 4imprint and i received a call from them stating you have a rush order we want to make sure everything is okay. Most of us wouldn't expect that from a big company you would think that service came from a small company. The design for the front and back covers of my novel were superb as was all of the other formatting of the book. A great deal of creativity went into all of the facets to make my story attractive for the reader. The printing and binding were also high quality and the professional support from the company's owner and staff made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
When I needed help uploading the book to Amazon (to accommodate their formatting requirements), the people at Imagination Print & Design helped make it happen. The turnaround time in our exchanges was quick and their work flawless.
The design and printing of my business cards was very attractive and affordable as well.

After searching the internet and reviewing several online shops, we stumbled upon this company. We’ve previously used this company for our daughter’s school yard signs that turned out great! We contacted Kelley and explained our idea. Within hours we had a response and soon a mock for the window logo cling. It was perfect. Ordered the window cling and received it within about 4 days.
