I could not ask for better sales associates than either Luke or Jayden at Dab City Ottawa. they check all the boxes that a good customer service worker ought to. professional. courteous. knowledgeable. great attitude. I walked in the store unsure of what it was exactly that I was shopping for, but I knew what I wanted my shopping experience to be like. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years so when it’s my turn to play the role of the customer, it’s rare that my expectations are exceeded. both Luke and Jayden (I hope I’m spelling your name correctly, lol.) made spot on recommendations, answered all of my questions, and even went as far as to demonstrate how to use the products (which was exactly what I was wanting someone to help me with!). I travel to different cities often for work and have found myself in Ottawa recently. I try to buy my vapes in bulk so I don’t have to stop as often for them and always have one charged, and my last two that weren’t gone yet died today at work during my 12 hours of not so much fun. 👎🏻 They were the only place remotely close that stays open until 11pm instead of 10pm, super clutch. The girl who was working had a nice smile and a really attractive voice, and even though there were none of the specific flavor I smoke on the shelves, she was able to locate a box for me! :)
