Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ottawa

Who ever they have running the drive thru is very unprofessional! ( Oct 3rd 2022) she must not know how to work the register and changing prices. charging more than the actual price! I asked her how much a chicken casadilla was. She said $6.57. When it's less than $3.00. than I ordered 4 regular beef and bean burritos. And I got charged $17.60! Each bean burrito is $1.29. so tell me how she came up with that price??( Not including the quasadilla, I just asked for the price) I noticed the person ahead of me ordering and he was also over charged. They have careless teenagers running the restaurant with no care in the world.. They have unappropriate conversations and talk about the customers while they're there. As well as ignoring the customer wheñ they mess up their orders. Even when you ask for fresh food they give you a look like " since they make it. How do you know that they're not spitting in your food? Time to fire the WHOLE staff and replace them with people that care about the customers and are friendly. Not ones that make you feel like you're bothering them when you want to place an order and give an attitude. Where's the damn management at?? How do they not know that the place is being run to the ground? Soon they'll be losing customer's. But, it'll only be their own faults. Don't get me wrong I like eating taco bell every now and then. But with the experience I've had recently, I won't be going back to the Ottawa store! I'll be contacting their head quarters and ...

My family and I went here tonight expecting great service. Unfortunately, all we received was disrespect from the man working the drive thru. He was rude, and had the audacity to make a very loud and ignorant sigh when we informed him there were two orders. We were very polite when we were paying, we didn't get a "your welcome " after our many thank you's, and he didn't thank us when we were leaving. He handed us our food and closed the window. We checked our bags and we were missing the nacho fries deluxe meal, he noticed us waiting there and refused to acknowledge us. After two or so minutes, a very polite female, presumably the manager came to us and gave us our food and apologized, while the drive thru operator ignored us. Terrible customer service! I love Taco Bell, and find it to be good late night food, but have to complain after almost every visit for the Ottawa,IL location. They never get our order right, and it drives me nuts. I've also called to complain before and heard the employee saying derogatory things about me to whoever she gave the phone to to explain what was going on. Only recommend going here if you enjoy not having your order handed out correctly and getting bad service, with the exception of a DT Cashier named Bonnie and the manager John. She's fantastic and ALWAYS gets my order right and serves it with a smile. Just called tonight to let them know about a messed up order, and John was very helpful and eager to fix it.
