Verilife Dispensary — Local services in Ottawa

Have been coming for a few months now, and am always impressed by the efficiency and quality of service from staff, being kind and helpful. I particularly advise ordering online in advance for speed of service, and I’m sure that they appreciate it. Today I was in and out in under five minutes from the door check to Hanna(h)‘s great service.

EDIT: Katelyn kindly explained that you can, in fact, edit google reviews! Quite awesome, and indicative of the continued fantastic service I've had. I was in and out of the building in less than 3 minutes. I do recommend pre-ordering online, makes everything go smoother! Many thanks to Katelyn :)

EDIT: Once again on my weekly pilgrimage; Krystal was so helpful even though I was late, coming in from the front to run the transaction for me. Super nice, very friendly, and I was in and out! She even reminded me to grab some cones, which I would have been sad to not grab. Safe to say I come here often for a reason!

EDIT: I could almost repeat myself word-for-word. I was immediately welcomed by Jeni who ran my sale, and I was in and out of the building in under five minutes. Even added a pre-roll to my sale because of her helpful advice!

I dont leave reviews often, but the customer service at this location has been truly incredible this evening (not that it ever lacks to begin with, but tonight they went above and beyond to help me). Im always a little leary of the magnitude carts since I've had so many issues in the past with them not working, but they were having a sale I couldn't pass up. So I snagged one, brought it home, and wouldn't you know I couldnt get it to work. I gave them a call, they told me to take a video and come back with my receipt - Long story short, Jake was wonderful assisting me with the replacement and when that one didnt work either, he was super reassuring that he just wanted to help and didnt make me feel at all guilty for having yet another broken cart. I head back to the register where I'm met by Ed this time, who's a super friendly and knowledgeable dude. They hooked me up with a new battery (magnitude brand, so it SHOULD work with this cart even though my old one worked earlier today just fine) and Ed explained a bit about how different batteries may just not work with certain carts, and gave me some tips on how to care for the battery to get the most life out of it (like not charging with a wall charger cause that can be too much electricity for it).

So A HUGE thank you to both Ed and Jake from the bottom of my heart for being so reassuring and treating me with such kindness during a stressful and embarrassing situation. You guys rock! Thank you for making my evening!!

**2024 xmas Holiday update.. great service as usual make sure to get there early to take advantage of the door busters Katelyn was my budtender and did a great job assisting me swiftly despite the large crowd.

• 2024 UPDATE* I've been here over the past 2 weeks September 2024 have been helped by a wide variety of budtenders and a manager and am thoroughly satisfied! Everyone here deserves kudos too many names to list......... because they've all helped me. I had a problem with one of the products and it was swiftly taken care of via email with photos thanks management 🙏 ❤️❤️❤️ Jerry Ann greeted me promptly at 9am with an open door and a friendly hello .It's apparent everyone loves their job and is happy. Ashley and Erica were absolutely the best and helped me for the majority of my stay in the area! I will be back and look forward to my next visit with everyone . See you all around Christmas.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Sometimes there's a line but it moves swiftly. I can't complain about the prices as those are mostly governed by the state but the sale prices here are the way to go. I would like to mention I've been back home for a week and have went to many stores with much disappointment, this establishment seems to be The shining light of Ottawa a friendly helpful staff. All the other businesses in the area should look to you guys as a model for customer service.
