The reasons I just got a vibe of poor-ness are: There’s a bus stop right outside (I think public transport should be more widely available, but currently there is a stigma...) Half of the frozen food is not in the tall freezers with doors; they’re in the waist high bins open to the air. Primarily of note are the pizzas, all of which are in the waist-high freezers The store is small The American bread aisle (Sara Lee, Wonderbread, etc...) was disorganized in places The general feel of...
Read moreI've called yesterday at this location thinking my ordered birthday cake was here needless to say it wasn't. Once I was told my cake is not at this location I expected at least the manager of this department will help me locate or provide a courtesy customer service. Unfortunately the manager did not she was quickly to say I have to call all the store in my area nevertheless I mentioned to her I was new to the area and she also said that this bakery do not make German chocolate cake. Finally I got an answer when I called the Brookside location which I should have order from this store to begin with but I live in Shawnee so I try to find one close by. I want to give a great customer care compliment to Deanna at Brookside Constantinos, she was a big help to my delima. KUDOS TO YOU DEANNA...okay here's the moral of my story there's a performance circle training to be done as a manager who don't have common sense and friendliness especially the Bakery manager at 119th location not a analytical thinker. I got my German Chocolate cake and it...
Read moreJust bought this shredded cheese at Price Chopper yesterday. I didn't check the date because I was foolish enough to trust that Price Chopper put out food that was fresh! This shredded cheese is almost a MONTH past the expiration date. It came out of the packet almost melted and smelled sour. This is not the first time this has happened at this Price Chopper either, but usually it's a bag of chips or some crackers. This is extremely dangerous and Price Chopper is putting their customers at a HUGE risk by leaving these expired products on their shelves- especially dairy products! I'm at a loss for what to do. I just paid $4 for cheese that was well over the expiration date. I threw away my receipt because I trusted this local store not to poison its patrons. Shame on the managers that don't check the shelves or enforce this practice. I wonder how much you'll care when you send someone to the hospital due to...
